The controller itself is fantastic, but what really stood out for me was the support provided. Had an issue with my paid subscription not being recognized. The team replied with solutions within the day. Even after the problem was resolved they checked up again to make sure everything was working fine. Very happy dealing with this company, and they will for sure have my business in the future.

I purchased the Backbone One 2nd Gen from Amazon for my S24 Ultra, and it has proven to be efficient. The application for $40 per month is beneficial in connecting through preferred games on Xbox One X and Steam, as well as the Geforce Now app. Additionally, the controller possesses its effectiveness, although it will not function properly on a PC or tablet when connected via USB C.

Ordered in 09.01. Still no shipping (12 days later). They have stated a delivery time of 4-7 days at the time of purchase. I am extremely frustrated and advise everyone not to order the controller directly from the manufacturer.This is simply not up to date and the company seems to be dubious.

Decided to return, convoluted returns process. They sent a link to print returns confirmation that doesn't work, said would send a returns label which has never arrived. Have emailed support numerous times with no response. Avoid!!!

Very poor customer service, try to contact regarding refund. No response sent numerous emails, Facebook messages, Instagram messages, Twitter messages and no response return was accepted via their automated portal online. Democracy shipping label constantly emailed the support email where it says to get a shipping label. But no response been waiting 4 weeks now for a response. Still in can't get refund. Stay clear of this company. Yeah, very, very poor customer service do not use.
