Ordered a pallet of 20 x 15kg bags of rubber chippings.
Delivery was delayed by one day and then turned up earlier than expected the next day. No issue with this as communication was exceptional to advise.
Delivery guy was friendly and helpful.
Product as described and perfect for our requirement.

After being let down by another online…
After being let down by another online company selling rubber chippings, I phoned playbark to confirm stock of what I was looking for. Spoke to a lovely lady who advised me the date it was getting manufactured and when it would be delivered. Spot on arrived on time, I live in Aberdeen, and product is perfect. Delighted with the experience, will use again for future projects.

I was impressed
I was impressed at how efficient this company was despite the covid situation. The lead time was longer than normal but at the point of order you selected your del date so you know exactly when this would be. The staff were polite and efficient both at point of delivery and customer care when I rang to make prior order enquiry. The delivery turned up on time and in good condition.
