Earbuds took forevvvver... 8 weeks but finally arrived. Like them and sound is good. Case is a little larger than others purchase meaning they will not set into phone/earbud charger they sold as add on. Can be charge ok by wire. Paired great with my iPhone but does not show up as option on my MacBookPro. Hope I'm just missing someone. Any suggestions?

These are garbage. They cut in and out and constantly. The customer service is indescribably bad. I sent an email about a month after I placed my order to find out why I had not received them and it took six weeks to get a response. Please do yourself a favor and find a different set of ear buds. Horrible

This company is bad. There customer service is not good. I have been waiting for 4 months for my purchase. I have emailed so many times with little response. I have wasted $US100.00. No wonder China is wanting to take control. I don't know how fellow humans can do this to others. It all comes down to greed. Google shouldn't be promoting this website within its searches.

Playbeatz never connected to my phone even though I contacted and requested help a number of times. In 4 months neither of the 2 I purchased works.

Took three months to receive, left bud doe not charge or work. Can't get a hold of the company for a refund or replacement.

this is add on to previous review, don't trust Paypal. The seller charged twice for the item, it took 3 months to arrive, they took their website down, I cant get a human on the phone they are shady and Paypal is backing them up. There was a 30 day money back guarantee on the site and now its gone they took down their site, I have no address to return them. Paypal will not help me with this don't buy with Paypal, your credit card company might be a better option for purchases. This company is shady I do not recommend.

Fit is good, sound is good when they are working,which isnt alot. They cut in and out, alot. Took almost 3 months to receive. Wish id spent that 40 ish bucks on ice cream.

I really don't want to put any stars at all. I ordered these for a gift on June 6. I have called and called and they promised to send them. Now when I call it just goes to a recording and I can't even talk to someone. They say don't call chat, they give you no place to chat. What a ripoff!!! They said press a number if you want to cancel and then back to did we help, press 1. Ripoff!!! Ripoff!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered in May. Received e-mail saying shipped but tracking number is non existent. Do not answer e-mail or phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You are just giving your money to these thieves!

What a doorpost, Playbeatz are not just the worst company, the product is really poor, delivery took absolutely ages from order and should have guessed from that point the product was shonky, the buds themselves cannot hold a connection whilst walking down a street and the sound just drops out. The product is almost unusable, stay clear

Complete c**p - gave them every chance to replace or refund before writing this - Troublesome from the start - connect / disconnect at will - cut out frequently - poor sound - one ear bud no volume - poor battery life - uncomfortable - my god I could go on - avoid at all costs - their response was reset them - yeah - like I hadn’t tried that - then after that - they really helped and did NOTHING! Useless twonks !

Placed an order for 2 sets of Playbeatz earbuds on April 30 and got a tracking number and notice of shipment on July 15 but to date (Aug 03/20) still did not received them...............Probably got scammed.

Would give zero stars if possible.
Absolute rubbish!!! I ordered these on the 4th June. I emailed them 4 weeks later and got what seemed like an automated reply. At 5 weeks I requested a refund. At 7 weeks they arrived!
I wish I hadn’t bothered, extremely poor quality, with little bass. If they are more than 18” away from my iPhone they keep cutting out!
They were a present for my wife’s birthday, so I bought her a pair of Mifo 05’s instead. For £90 delivered the sound quality is amazing and the build quality is better than Apple AirPods.

No stars! I ordered playbeatz on June 4th. Have heard nothing after 8 wks. It was supposed to be a gift. They don't even answer their phone or email.

Oki I payed for a set of Earbuds from this "so-called" company on April 30th it's now July 30th and NOTHING CAME..I tried sending them emails with no reply..I've just seen some bad reviews and I'm assuming I got "Ripped off" ...I'm just glad I didn't pay a ton of $$ on the earbuds..
So yesterday I finally got an email from a Mike and he writes ur order has been canceled and you won't be receiving ur product and says good luck

Wow unbelievable so I'm outta luck and like I said luckily I didn't pay alot of money for the earbuds...I just replied with an email saying you'll be hearing from me lawyer lol
The earbuds was from a company called Playbeatz

It took about 3 months to get them, I was sure I was getting ripped off, but they've performed excellently since I received them.

I think in this era of possibilities somehow at least a bigest Sh... should be filtered out by quality control people before it finds it's way to the market. This item can be easily clasified to a sh... category. Someone wrote that some more bass would be good - i would add that Any bass would be good. The sound is poorest from all that i ever heard in my life. We are not talking here about a quality sound at all. Of course the delay in delivery during these times of covid19 might be understandable, (ordered 15.04. Received 27.07). Stay away from it!

No star. These people are criminals and should be jailed. This is outright thievery. DO NOT buy from this company. Ordered product in May. They said I would be getting a refund then I would be getting product. Stupid email...stupid company. THIEVES

Took ages to get these. Arrived decently packaged. Fit snugly in ears. Then you connect, sometimes one works and all that comes through the other one is disconnected. Should have paid extra and bought descent pair. Terrible quality.

This company PlayBeatz does not even deserve a star. I ordered a set May 24, 2020 and today is July 27, 2020 and still no earbuds or no refund even though I received an eMail telling me my refund was being processed. Then 2 hours later I got an eMail stating congratulations your order is being shipped. I don’t think this company has a clue what is going on. You can’t TRACK, PHONE OR eMAIL them. Judging by the number of people with similar complaints on this site THEY SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL.

UPDATE: July 28, 2020 I just received an eMail from PlayBeatz stating I was getting my refund it was processed July 16, 2020 but the PlayBeats are on their way I hope you enjoy them. All in the same eMail.
Is that NUTS or what? This company must be run by monkeys😊
From now on the only online purchase I will make is with Amazon. Not satisfied with a purchase, you get an instant refund.

Update: July 29,2030 PlayBeatz just sent me an eMail telling me my refund they are sending is for the lifetime warranty I purchased for $6.50 but congratulations your PlayBeatz are shipped. My anger has turned to laughter I have never seen such a company. I will have to pay more for a Lawyer than it’s worth but I just have to sue them.
