Long time coming but worth the wait

I ordered my playbeatz on May 20th and didn't hear anything until june about my order, after reading the reviews on here I was then really worried I had been scammed.I contacted them and they promised my earbuds would be with me in July, I recieved an email saying they had been dispatched on the 8th july and to my total shock they turned up today 16th july,so it only took a week really .What I don't understand is the delay of 2 months unless they have a massive backlog and cannot keep up. Anyway upside is they are fantastic earbuds ,I have had skull candy sesh in the past but these little beauties are so much better on sound .If I had to say anything to this company it would be Communicate more with your customers, be upfront about the delays and try and get the product out as fast as you can because you are onto a winner here with these earbuds, and try getting them sold through Amazon or something so customers feel more secure

If you can put up with the delay…

If you can put up with the delay between ordering & receiving them (I ordered mine on the 18th May & got them on (15th July), they are good value for money. The sound quality is pretty good although the bass could be a bit deeper.

STILL WAITING ON ORDER

Like the others, should have checked this out before I ordered!!!! Still waiting after ordering in May!!!! I have tried several times to contact them to no avail! Had to give 1 star to complain. They get NO stars from me. So frustrating! Scam for sure
UPDATE; 07.29.20. So now they send me an email that it has been shipped with a tracking number. So I have been checking the number for 10 days now, and it says no such number. Still working on this issue!

A Complete Rip Off

My overall experience with these headphones have been nothing short of awful. The sound quality is great, which makes it really disappointing due to the constant short outs any time you make a sudden movement. Even at times when I’m just relaxing trying to enjoy my music. With no overreaction, these have easily got to be the worst wireless headphones I’ve ever purchased. I wouldn’t waste your time or money on these (Which you will waste alot of time, due to the fact that mine took 3 months to come in) I recommend you do not buy there products.

Slow shipping. Slower customer service responses. Horrible quality sound. Only want your money. Not care if you are satisfied Avoid these 👎👎

Shipping time was Completely Unacceptable! Over 3 months to arrive. Now as for quality they are NOT crystal clear for calls. The audio is decent at best if played at medium volume. Above 60% volume they distort horribly! They market themselves very well which hooked me into purchasing them. Now I can definitely say that I am completely dissatisfied with this product! I regret this purchase completely.
Update: I was quickly emailed that someone would contact me soon regarding my purchase.... That was well over a week ago.... So Disappointed

Playbeatz are thieves

Playbeatz are thieves, please don't use them. The service is appalling. I ordered wireless earphones in May. On 8th June I received an email saying the order would be sent out within two weeks. On 2nd July I cancelled the order. On 8th July I received an email saying that my order had been prioritised. I replied saying I wanted the order cancelled and refunded. On 15th July 2020 I received an email saying my order had been sent out and I couldn't cancel the order. For the past six weeks I have tried to telephone Playbeatz. I have waited on the phone for more than half an hour on three occasions. You start off being told there is a 10 minute wait or more, you finally get to a 2 minute wait, and then it goes back to a 10 minute wait or more.

Wet paper bag comes to mind

I bought two sets24th25th April all though i didn't wait to long to arrive when i went to use them it wasn't long before i had problems ,great sound ,but connectivity terrible kept stuttering in and out need to be only 12 inches away to work, then second pair volume decrease so when walking in traffic you can't hear anything, then right hand bud won't charge in box ,now first pair same thing happened, tried emailing no reply, tryed ringing, no option given only shipping order when you purchase, then they cut phone line, surely this is criminal.

Ordered 23 may 2020 / Arrived 14 July 2020, and they actually work

Ordered my Playbeatz (2 pairs) on 23 May, got the initial covering e-mail, then heard nothing..went online and saw various notes about this being a scam, so i contacted my Credit card company; magically after doing that I got an e-mail to say they were on their way, but link didn't work, so reluctantly accepted I'd been duped. Got home yesterday to find they'd actually arrived, and after a bit of a faff to get them working, they do actually work - Praise the Lord!! Have let Paypal & my credit card know, they can claimback the refund they gave me!

Shocking

Shocking. Took months to receive them. Only came from Holland as well. Battery life is awful. Most I get Is 1.5hrs talk time. Should have read reviews. Trying to find out how to return n get money back.

Not worth the wait or money!!

Saw the ad for this product and it seemed like a great deal. Placed the order and it took almost two months to arrive! Opened the product, followed the instructions and all good until I started using them. Although the sound quality and volume level is quite good, the Bluetooth connectivity is horrible! They cut out constantly when your phone is in your pocket and even when you lay your phone down two feet away the ear buds cut out almost every 20 seconds. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a quality ear bud like Bose. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Like all the reviews I have read the communication with play beatz is absolutely 0.....I had to take a resolution out with PayPal in order to get my money back..surprisingly when I did this I did receive an email from play beatz to say that the ear buds were on the way and had been dispatched.... I was given a tracking number which was no use at all... but HEY today after almost 2 1/2 months I received the earbuds..Cant figure out why they were posted from the Netherlands?????. I have not had a chance to try them out yet ..my advice is if you can find anything similar that you can buy from another reputable company..then do so.. Definitely give these a miss.

Poor customer service.

I have this morning, received the earbuds. I'm charging them atm so can't report on the sound etc but the quality looks superb. They were well packaged so I am pleased. I suppose because of Covid-19 the delay in receiving them could be genuine but I wish they would have kept me informed better. I've scored 4 stars to give an honest opinion on the earbuds but customer service needs attention.
I hope everyone else gets their earbuds too🤠

Wouldn’t give them one star if it was possible. Ordered earbuds on the 25th May. Received a confirmation email with an order number and it stated to allow up to 30 days from ordering to delivery, also stated I would receive another email with a tracking number, have received nothing! I have sent numerous emails to customer services and had not one reply, tried phoning them, nothing! Paid for them on my credit card and the money was taken instantly so have now contacted the bank who have now lodged a dispute so waiting to see what happens. Wish I had read all the reviews before I purchased them. Absolutely disgusted with this company and have come to the conclusion it’s all a scam just to get your money!
