fook this site, taking my money. Moreover, it doesn't let me cancel the membership it's a scam.

I never even signed up with these guys, and out of nowhere I am being charged $49.95 US! Now I've got to change my credit card number so that these scammers can't continue to rip me off. Gaaaah. Check your statements folks! Don't get ripped off by them!

As of many others they are charging the amount without any authorization,,,, They are cheaters up to the hell.

I have seen that this “playcapt” has taken a few dollars out of my bank acc and I don’t see how and why.

Seriously this guy's charged me 49 USD. When I asked for refund they say they cannot. Really sad. I need my refund back.

I have been charged AUD65!!!! U DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE MOVIE I WANTED, despite you having your link attached to YouTube movie preview! REVERSE THIS PAYMENT NOW!

They use 2 names. I somehow signed up when I realised error I filled out customer support form online asking to cancel within hours. They state 5 day free trial. I sent cancellation on same day yet I was charged $70 ON 15 April and another $70 ON 17 April. They are not responding to my emails I will be contacting Credit Card company with copies of emails and screenshots in an endeavour to get $140 back.

I made an account and it said on their website I would get a 5 day free trial, after seconds of signing up I had £37.69 taken out of my account. Anyway I've had my membership cancelled now, and I contacted my bank but they can't do anything yet because the payment is still pending and it hasn't actually left the account yet. But they gave me an authorisation code, and have told me to contact them and I should hopefully get my money back. If I don't I will be phoning my bank again, either that or I will go to the police. No one fall for anything like this, it's a total scam they are just after your money and they rip you off. Scammers!!!

They advertice with a free 5-day trial. After these 5 days you are automatically charged for the rediculous amount of USD 50 per month. This amount however can nowhere be found on their web site nor in the terms and conditions.

If you were fooled by this 'company', keep insisting that:
- The amount of USD 50 per month is nowhere to be found (so you cannot have agreed with that).
- In the terms and conditions they do mention your free trial is turned into a subscription; however there is an option with a fixed price per month (which you are charged for), or an option to pay per view. Since you never chose the first one (nor the other), they may not charge you for it.
- Ask for proof of your subscription for anything you are charged for; they cannot give you it.

After a lot of e-mails, I managed to get my money refunded. So if you were already tricked, don't give up, stay polite, and keep insisting for proof of the above points. Good luck.

Gave them card info for free trial. They said there wouldn't be any charges unless I authorized it after trial. Now I am being Charged $50 USD a month.

They say a 5 day trial.. they don't say that after those 5 days you'll be automaticly charged each month. It's not cheap either.

Signed up for a 'free trial', I then checked with trustpiiot and then found my card was charged within an hour of signing up. I am now trying to cancel any more payments, and hopefully this one too.

You can launch a complain, free of charge, against any company in Europe.

Everyone read the reviews before you sign up these people are thieves and all of there infornation is not correct the will not give you your refund back lije it states in there cancellation the just steal from you worst company there is

It's a scam. The site is horrible. Most of the time it doesn't work and is slow as heck. They will take your money even if you don't agree to pay.
DO NOT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH THEM

SCAM. They make it impossible to unsubscribe. And nothing works. Do not join.

Don't share your card info with them, will charge you immediately even if they say they won't! Button "Cancel membership" also doesn't work, actually nothing works in that page as it should be. Old crappy movies and 50dollars/a month fee for them. THIEVES!!! THIEVES!!! THIEVES!!!
