Made a purchase with their protect plan. The seller took the account back. Filed a claim under the protection plan. Player auctions support told me I was out of luck.

Terrible customer service and unreliable website.
The customer service is definitely made up of bots or brainless people; absolutely do not buy or sell anything on this site because they will not help you if you have a problem, you can trust me read this and try another site before you lose your money and information.
Don't believe the person who replying to this message by saying the documents were "unclear"; I sent all my documents completely and cleanly. They're just someone trying to clean up the mess their own employees created.
Your team suspended my account as soon as I opened it, and despite me sending them all the necessary information, they continued to send me automated bot messages. I deleted my account myself. Given the ridiculous behavior you see right from the start of the site, imagine what might happen during the sales process. Please, friends, try another site.
