First time on site paid in £100 pounds got up to £145 and went on to Black Jack £25 pound game !
I pressed the £25 pounds and it showed up as £125 and could not do any thing, was dealt 17 and dealer had 18 .
Complained on live chat - not at all Interested and they say they care ?????

I was advertised a 100% deposit bonus upon signing up and when I deposited £100 there was no bonus in my account. I contacted support and they said that I was not eligible for a bonus... only after they had taken my money! Also charged both a deposit and withdrawal fee which I won't get back... avoid at all costs

Not a great site at all. Offer a loyalty programme , but it isn’t actually active (even though it’s still stated on the site). Fees for depositing and withdrawing. Rude chat hosts. I only played for a week or so and deleted account ..don’t waste your money, play elsewhere 😀

If I could give 0 stars I would. So I signed up for 100% match bonus which I didn't get then was told via chat the management refused my bonus 🤷‍♀️ but I could withdraw my £20 back and now they are refusing to do that!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ROBBED

I’ve been playing on this casino for a few months and here is my honest opinion. The website itself is very buggy; when I’m in a game and I click ‘home’ it doesn’t do anything, nor do most of the buttons! I have to completely reload the casino every time which results in logging me out. The bonuses seem very very difficult to obtain and the rtp is pretty bloody terrible. I’ve deposited hundreds in one day and then unable to cash out due to them adding a random bonus when I didn’t want one. You can go to ‘my bonuses’ and click remove all bonuses in your account settings; this may resolve your issue of cashing out but it might also remove most of the cash! When playing games in landscape, the menu bar gets stuck on the side and will not move; this completely blocks 25% of the screen meaning you are unable to play any games at all in landscape mode as you cannot change bet or view balance etc and you cannot see the first reels. I’ve tried resolving this via live chat and they all say the same thing; delete your cache and history and try again - this doesn’t work you numpties!! Not to mention the fees they charge to deposit and cash out are way bigger than any casino I’ve very played! A truly buggy and poorly designed website with staff who lack compassion for players. Will be closing my account (or attempting to!) and going back to something else. Do not recommend.

I dont understand the negative reviews.. i won £600 and had it in my bank the same day, this is the only casino i'll be using.

Let me start off by saying i review casinos as part of a youtube channel and after having a few of my viewers say how bad this casino was i thought i would give it a go. This has to be one of the most muggiest casinos i have ever tried. You literally may as well hand your money over to them as wins are practically non existent. Think im joking, check the rtp on a game on this casino and compare it with some of the more reputable ones as they have made it as low as they legally can. I would seriously advise you to stay away from these thieves.

Deposited £25 got £25 bonus, won over £600 not a problem but then I had to wager over £800 to be able to withdraw any! Also didn’t even have the option to withdraw £300 and lose £300 in bonus money absolute joke of a casino and just after people’s money would definitely not recommend and will definitely not be playing this rubbish site again I actually feel robbed as had no chance of ever withdrawing any money!

Trying to get a bonus game on slots is a joke. Over 800 spins on one and won next to nothing. Don't waste your time or money on here. Contacted live help and asked if slots were playing crap and they said yes.

My own experience was that they were quite good - I had on occasion lost not too large amounts with them, one night I had a big win and it was paid out into my bank account. Reading some of the recent reviews, I hope that PlayFrank can get the issues mentioned resolved. These comments I have read on TrustPilot being correct, there are far worse organisations involved with gambling than PlayFrank. It may hopefully have just been a difficult trading period or cashflow paying out big wins. Hopefully they're OK. In the Victoria Casino in London, owned by Grosvenor, I understand that they may well use ceiling air conditioning or similar, keeping the casino cool by blowing cold air etc. in a high precision way.

Re-reviewing Virgin Games soon on Trustpilot having not logged in there for 3 years, and I won't again.  I forwarded all the reviews 3 years ago to Sir Richard Branson - after 48 hours Virgin Games begun answering every Trustpilot review that they received.  Most of the reviews are from people who are questioning the randomness and sincerity of the company.

PlayFrank I thought was quite good, I never lost too much money, had a big win one night at perfect timing for my much smaller business at the time.
I did not have my money stolen off me by PlayFrank myself.

Dont play here, They use some kinds of lag software and let you win maybe a bit just to rig it by that 'lag' and slow spins and the dealer always get 20 or 21.

Avoid this casino at all costs.

They didn't gave me my winning money and blocked my withdrawal since I gave bad review. It's a scam, don't play in Playfrank. It's the worst company in UK. The customer care has tremendous ego.

Joined because they advertised a game available on their site - but it wasn't. I asked to close my account and when told why, they said they were sorry I felt that way. No hint of an apology for misleading potential customers on game availability. When I pointed out I thought that was a weak response they said "thank you". This is not the first time this has happened where a site has advertised a game but then doesn't have it.
