I have returned the item and would be…

I have returned the item and would be grateful for a refund. The battery cage was broken, could not be used. Was packed back up and posted back. Very disappointed 😔

Wasn’t happy at paying over £5 for next…

Wasn’t happy at paying over £5 for next day delivery and it took actually 4 days to arrive , li know things are taking longer but yous know that as well but are still offering the option for customers to take knowing that it won’t happen

We are very sorry to hear you were not happy with our service on this occasion.

We clearly state on our website that we can not guarantee delivery times during this lockdown, as once the package leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the courier companies.

We had contacted our technical team to have the next day option removed as all delivery services are under immense pressure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and cannot guarantee their delivery times.
It was unfortunate timing as you had placed your order whilst we were waiting on this update.

As a small local company, we do value your custom, and hope you won't let this deter you from using our services in the future.
