I tried two other applications for this kind of remote pre-interviews and this one looks much better. It´s very useful for "pre-interviews": if you want to know how is the verbal communication of the person you´re considering hiring, this is very useful. You just send a link and he/she will answer the different questions you entered and the video will be automatically uploaded to the platform (it can be recorded in PC, or mobile). Great features: completely customizable, several languages in front end and in back end (I use it in Spanish), approval funnel... I´m very satisfied!

We can easily use the platform ! It's great experience for candidates. The platform is great !

PLUS:
- The product is very well designed
- The front-end and the back-end are pleasant to use with useful functions for the purpose of the platform: to make a pre-recruitment more human than having to read a simple CV and a cover letter which are the more often sent en masse by candidates.
- I will clearly use it for our non-profit association in order to recruit volunteers.
- Couple with the possibility of posting ads for free on LINKEDIN and the solution would be really powerful.

CONS:
- I regret that the recording starts immediately, as soon as the question is read.
- The time for recording is also much too short.
It would be imperative to correct this so that the solution is perfect for our use.

I have been using Playhunt for a couple of months now. Some of the best hires have come via this method. The system is simple to set up. Easy to share interviews with our expert panel. Has reduced the hiring timeline.
It will be good to have additional features like testing for specific skills using quizzes or writing code.

I purchased this solution and got it set up in 10 minutes. My initial test interviews look great. I am excited to implement this tool in our hiring process to reduce the time spent on interviews where the candidate looks great on paper, but the live interview tells a different story. We also interview candidates in different time zones, and this tool will help us better manage our schedules for candidates we feel are more suitable for the position.

The note section and ability to share interview videos help move a candidate along our process and obtain team feedback. Much better than simply emailing resumes back and forth between team members.

As a platform, it works very well, is intuitive, and user friendly. I was able to set up my account, create an interview and send it without reading the help section. On the receiving end, the process is straightforward. Candidates are guided through an easy-to-understand process and are quickly able to record their video interview. '

I prefer that candidates have to read the question and answer without the ability to pause the recording. This better simulates a candidate's response in a live interview. I would like the option to make the candidate invitation link usable only once and then expire. Again, this better simulates a live interview where you can't pause or request a "do-over."

Happy to have found this solution and am looking forward to using it regularly to improve our hiring process.
