I was robbed! I was charged for a campaign that never started. I have sent several messages and have yet to receive a reply. This is a scam!

Well, I can’t tell you since nothing has actually happened yet. My account is still in review.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews. But since I’ve gotten more emails asking for my review of this service rather than the replies to my questions, ok then.

You put me on obviously fake playlists and that will forever negatively impact my Spotify algorithm. Your company lies when it says it doesn’t use bots or fake playlists. The playlists are so obviously fake it would be funny if I wasn’t so furious about having been scammed

I’ll start by saying I’ve used them before and was pleased with the service so I returned and it was the complete opposite experience. The playlists I was added to aren’t curated well at all and there were songs of all styles and genres on lists that didn’t make sense. The playlist would also add me and then drop me sporadically and that felt very bot like. I wouldn’t spend the money on them again.

I'm truly happy with how my campaign went! This was my first time working with PlaylistStreams so I was a bit nervous going into it, but I ended up being very impressed with the streaming numbers they brought forth. Customer service is super responsive, and they deliver on the results they promise. Would highly recommend!

I use this service monthly to promote my upcoming singles, I have to say that they do what they promise and after analyzing my data month after month I can confirm that the ratings are organic, the saves vary from song to song and even the ratings of my 4 year old productions have increased, this means that many have then come to watch and hear more of my music. I found the support to be kind and fast.

I purchased the subscription service with Playlist Streams about 3 weeks ago. I added a viewer request to the email provided on Spotify for Artists and filled out the form on the website. Nothing happened after two weeks with the viewer request still pending on Spotify for Artists. I reached out through Facebook messenger with no response, nor without it being read. I then tried calling their phone line which is not active. This is my last resort, hoping they will reach out. So far, terrible customer experience.

Update: A representative reached out to me, and explained some of their processes to me. My song’s streams have gone up as well as my monthly listeners count. The playlists they added my music to was somewhat similar in feel and genre. Overall, satisfied. Thank you PlaylistStreams 🙏

The results were 4x better than playliststreams advertised for a campaign on one of my tracks. Very impressed with their ability to get a track on huge playlists. Customer service is a little slow, so at the beginning I thought I'd been left in the dark but in the end they came through in a big way.

Shoddy service, late delivery.

Playlist Streams did an EXCELLENT job for Walking In Circles, our music was on several playlists all over the world, very pleased with the process, and highly recommended!

Playlist streams is one of the best thing that happened to me. I mean literally my Spotify went up so quick. I can't thank those guys enough.

Valid service with real playlists/listeners (not bots). My track got added to a lot of playlists and a lot of listeners saved the track or added it to their personal playlists. Only the playlists I was placed on were very generic and not genre specific. Also the playlist team doesn't give you any updates on which playlists you're being placed on, or any feedback from curators (you just need to check the stats yourself), at least not in the cheapest package. Overal good experience, but can be improved on some small points.

While this platform may not be for everyone, we have found it to be extremely beneficial. In addition to the playlists secured through this service, we've seen an increase in our algorithmic playlists, and in followers across all social platforms as well as an uptick in signups on our email list. The PlaylistStreams team has been quick to answer any questions I've had. No complaints!

There are pros and cons to this average service. When a curator drops your song, it takes reaching out to this company (playlist streams) before any new pitching is done. Last time I waited oever 2 weeks before it was pitched which resulted in my switching the song because I thought that might help with longer placement. Instead it was much shorter. I was told songs don't usually drop off to 0 streams the next day but both of my songs did. For a monthly service, I expect someone pitching and finding ways to be creative with promotion as the music is high quality and has a strong response. Additionally, there appears to be minimal pitching and placement. To maximize exposure, one would pitch to get multiple playslist and not just one. This is not the case here.

These guys were a totally professional from the start to the end. I never had to guess where we stood on anything. I highly recommend them. In a sea of a log garbage, PlaylistStreams is a beacon of professionalism.
