Looks like I got scammed. Paid for six month game pass ultimate digital key code. Never got the code or a response to my messages to the website and I am getting credit back through my credit card company.
Update: money refunded but no response to my messages. Product/code never delivered.

Fraudulent Microsoft products
Prior to completing my order, the vendor sent an email asking if I was sure I wanted to buy an *account* instead of a Microsoft GamePass code. I responded I did not -- I was only interested in legitimate Microsoft codes, not email addresses for accounts with access. They processed my order anyway and would not refund the purchase. Additionally, I checked with Microsoft and it is against their licensing agreements to sell accounts instead of subscriptions in the manner PlayNate is selling. Therefore, the vendor is violating Microsoft's terms and should be avoided at all costs. Additionally Playnate would not refund the purchase, resulting in in me disputing the charge.
Update: I see the response from the vendor supposedly wanting to resolve the issue directly. I tried so extensively before being left with no alternative but to dispute the charge with CitiBank. Citibank evaluated the emails from the company I sent and agreed the company was fraudulent, and reversed the charge. Avoid this company at all costs.

was scared that i got scammed at first since i always get my accounts instantly when buying elsewhere but after about 8 hours after the purchase i got my account with 6 months ultimate for a pretty low price.
