Withdrawal Failures
I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account for over 7 months. All requested documents have been accepted and verified.
Support suggested using INTERAC to receive funds, but this option is not provided on the withdrawal page.
Support then suggested doing a Wire Transfer. This was attempted 10 times, all approved by the site, but rejected by the receiving bank. I requested to see the data sent so I can correct the error, but nothing has been provided.
Seems like there is some monkey-business going on here.
Update after response from Playojo. Deceitful reply indicating a successful Interac withdrawal on 05.04.2026. This withdrawal failed again by their staff, so, of course, there is no proof of completed transaction.

As soon as I requested my money, my account was blocked for verification. I provided all documents multiple times, including bank statements, proof of ownership, and even confirmation from my bank.
They keep asking for a specific Visa Debit statement that my bank confirmed does NOT exist, and reject every document without giving a clear reason or alternative.
I’ve been trying to resolve this for over a month. Support just sends the same copy-paste responses over and over, with no real help.
My funds (~$1900) are still stuck.
Be very careful — depositing is easy, but withdrawing is a completely different story.
