This is complete lies from them. Just absolute garbage not a sore looser either as my other reviews will suggest but this site is a no go you'll win 100x on your bonus deffo its just that it costs you 135x to get the bonus and good luck obtaining any bonus after 50x wins it doesn't exsist. the site has a great range of games its a shame they dont pay id maybe explore somewhere that offers all the gaming providers at lead the mainstream ones somewhere that isn't bonus centric and just plays your rtp fairly....overall poor experiences always 10 deposits before I review as well so no excuses

After playing a lot on this site and losing money overall my account with a deposit of 125€ got frozen because of „bonus misuse“, waiting for over 2 weeks just to get my refund, I do not want the winnings from the given Freespins. Absolute horrible support

It’s a casino, you can’t expect to win everytime, but you should expect solid customer service. Gabriella did that for me, she resolved an issue for me, refunded my account with my winnings (with no wager) and previous spins that had been lost due to a technical error. It has now been 10 days since I deposit €150 into PlayOjo. I have submitted valid ID which they claim doesn’t match their records as I did not include my MIDDLE name. I cannot access live chat as I can not access the app without verification. I received an email saying my account had successfully been verified yet I still cannot access it. Over email I contacted their live support and the most recent time 5 days ago they said they would get it fixed and come back to me. I asked for an update 3 days ago and still nothing. All I have asked for is my money back. It is an absolute disgrace and I very much doubt that I will even see my money. Steer clear of theses frauds.
