This company just as worst as Activision especially support want to fix an error on a NP-104291-7 and they keep changing agents and giving the same repetitive information to try this and try that when you everything like that!. Like literally they think your stupid!!.

30+ Loyalty means nothing to these money hungry titans

Bought Mortal kombat legacy for ps5 and the game is littered with bugs, features that don't work & severe lag time. The creators of the game just did an update which was supposed to fix the game but it didn't. Called playstation network to get a refund. They contacted me 2 days later basically saying I lied that they couldn't find any issues and I'm out 50.00 even though all over Google there are reports that the game is faulty. It's obvious from this that 30+ years of loyalty mean nothing to this money hungry titans. I will be sharing this information everywhere so others know not to even sign up and go to Xbox, they pissed off the wrong 30+ year customer.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! A subscription was recharged on my account without my consent. I called within 1 day of the annual subscription of $79.99 to get a refund. PlayStation customer service denied my request and there was no understanding of the situation. I asked to talk to a manager and a representative refused my request and hung up on me! Horrible! Don’t purchase anything for PlayStation games/subscriptions!

Avoid Playstation in 2025

Told to contact Sony about removing a service from my PS account, to then be told to go back to PS to get my account deleted. Shocking customer service. Please go back to the old days where you cared about your customers Sony, Brian was shocking with customer service also. Very Very irritating. Should NOT be this difficult to delete online data fro such an untrustworthy company. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Get a PC. A whole day wasted all due to complete incompetence.

I owned a PS-2 back in the days

I owned a PS-2 back in the days, I was very satisfied back then. We decided to purchase a PS-4 for my kids (7,8 yo) this xmas, mainly to play minecraft.

The first deception was that in order to cross play (mobile and PS4) you have to pay a subscription 600+ kr per year, even with our own server or local network.

The subscription is sold as a game library. However they release a couple of games that you can download every month. None are for kids, none are known games.

You have to claim the games every month or you loose them. Every month a have to search around their website to find them, I keep finding once and again offer to join the subscription, but nothing about using it.

Furthermore, PlayStation keeps blocking your accounts. Asking for password resets, blocking my kids, etc. They seem to have rolled out an AI system that detects families as gestapo criminals or something. I have changed our passwords as lest 10 times in 3 moths and had my kids account blocked permanently several times, needing to PHONE support to enable them. I even gave up trying to purchase a lego game online as it kept denying payment, and went to the store for purchase it.

So, you pay 4000+ Kr for the device 600+ for a subscription to play minecraft and this is what you get.

My recommendation is to stay away from this product, in particular for family / small kids. This company has turned into a nightmare.
