I ordered 2 bras as I believe planted are a very reputable company. Then I read the reviews which made my heart sink. Thankfully I have received my order and very happy with both quality and fit. Such a shame so many people have had bad experiences with them

Had real issues receiving the order but it did turn up 3 weeks after ordering. Customer service did respond. Item seems good.
If you're prepared to wait 3 weeks maybe ok, but perhaps they need to be clear on the website that 3-5 days is not realistic. It felt like a gamble, not sure I want to risk it again.

Do not buy from this website , products never arrived and no sign of refund

I only wear Playtex underwear & have done for years, however, this last order is awful, I understand that my briefs come from France but I could have swam the Channel collected them myself & swam back home again (& I'm a very weak swimmer). Still waiting over 2 weeks for my order, items arrive from China quicker. 5* for the briefs, 1* for delivery service.

Ordered two bras from a UK website and paid extra for fast courier (two day) delivery. Then find this company seems to operate out of France, which is a bit further away than expected. They turn up two days late and in the wrong size. What a palaver. Supposed to be a reputable company so didn't check reviews here first.
Don't use this company

I just want to warn everybody about the way the once-respected Playtex now operate. They send emails containing good offers, so you order, they confirm payment received, claim the order has been dispatched but any tracking information is non-existent, other than confirming your items have been sent from one address in France to another one. No mention of the customer's address. Tracking from the codes is impossible. Help online is conducted by AI robots who say they can help but cannot. No trace of my order in their records, apparently, despite all the email confirmations I had received. They suggest they refer you to their supervisor/manager within 48 hours, who turns out to be another BOT. There are NO HUMANS working for customer services. Five weeks on and I have still not received the items I purchased for £66.78. Due to mobility problems and my 80 years on this earth I really needed those front-fastening bras but Playtex have no regard for age or infirmities, they are just out to SCAM customers and are brazen about doing so. My advice, therefore, is : DO NOT, ON ANY ACCOUNT, BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is NOT the reliable Playtex of old, it is a monster waiting to take your money but send nothing in return. AVOID.....PLEASE!

Wish I could give no stars. Unbelievable, how this company get away with taking money, not sending shipments and ignore any requests for money back. I rather fear I am going to have to go through my credit card company for a refund as I have tried to contact company many times but you just get an automated response which leads to nothing. They run a very good scam of getting funds into their account with no hope of you getting the goods you have paid for. I really can’t understand how a company like Playtex operate like this, I thought they were a highly regarded company but it seems not.

Sadly I had no idea of their bad practice until I had parted with my money, found them to be elusive to contact and read relies on Trustpilot. Who knew what was once regarded as a brillant company are in fact scammers, please be warned.

I ordered a bra and panties this morning
But couldn’t pay for them.
Where did my order go,

Firstly, I have had several prior orders from Playtex on behalf of my wife who likes the fit and quality. Delivery was never the fastest, but we always received the goods. Alas, these are the only positives, the rest is damning indeed!

On 14 Jan I ordered bras for my wife totalling £93 and the order was never delivered. 50 days later I was refunded by Pay Pal and not by Playtex. What a terrible saga!

1. Sourcing. It seems that these goods are not manufactured in the UK or the US, but God alone knows where.
2. Distribution, despatch and delivery. The order is immediately punted off to some Israeli "fulfilment" outfit called Global-e and again, Lord knows where they are based! They, in turn, send to Chronopost France ( a division of DPD) Who are meant to forward on to the recipient, which in our case never happened. Talk about going round in circles!
3. Communication. Absolutely nil! There is no one to talk to and emails are dealt with by robots and more often than not completely ignored. Worse still, it seems that Pay Pal had no success either. If this is AI then the future is bleak indeed! Other than useless tracking there was nothing else and dealing with this company is at best frustrating, at worst absolutely criminal, and it makes one wonder just what Playtex themselves actually do - other than collect the cash and sit back allowing all others involved to do the work.
4. Customer Service. Non existent. Do not ever hope for responses or assistance. These people give a whole new meaning to the phrase "Circular Economy"!

To sum up - ladies if you wish to end up going
topless (or indeed bottomless as the case may be) then by all means feel free to order from Playtex. If not then...

After 86 days of waiting, the ordered items arrived via DPD. We were absolutely astonished as having been refunded, we had not even thought about checking the tracking again. We then emailed Playtex UK and, after contact with three different people were told to keep the items. Since it was PayPal who refunded the payment, we then contacted them and likewise they said not to bother about the refund. The worst aspect of all of this, however, was the fact that no one appeared to have any idea why the items lay for so long prior to delivery. The only pass marks here are for PayPal who were excellent throughout. Playtex/Global-e need to learn about the value of communication.

I wrote this review on Amazon three times but Amazon lied that it is about product authenticity and keeps deleting my reviews. I removed product authenticity in my next 2 reviews.

I went to get measured. I am a 32 D. I bought 34 D playtex bras from Amazon.

The bras are overpriced. They are bigger than my size but they don't close. I have to close them before I put them on. I have to pull them down my head. They feel like carton. They go in my skin. They hurt my skin and leave red marks. I can't wear them and wasted my money.

Will be getting my monies returned from the bank tomorrow shocking that they can operate a company like this and get away with it

I made a large enough order with this company to qualify for free shipping - but as I was going away I wanted express shipping. I contacted them immediately to ask if I could upgrade delivery and that I was happy to pay for it as I needed the items to take away with me. I was told that it was not possible to do this as orders are dealt with as soon as they are received and they can’t be changed, even though I wasn’t given an express option. That was last Thursday, today is Monday and the items haven’t even been shipped yet. So why couldn’t they help with my order? I have had a email reply from customer service telling me once again that they can’t help because I don’t have express delivery!

It also appears that there isn’t a telephone number to contact them on.

If I could give no stars I would. If only I’d consulted Trustpilot before ordering. My order has not been delivered. They made a mistake in the order number they sent me so I am stuck with a machine at Customer Service which can only ask for a correct number. Still waiting to hear from a supervisor. My request for a refund is also being ignored. Don’t use this site.

Not fit for purpose
I bought 2 playtex bras, hoping for decent quality as the company has been around a long time. Sadly disappointed. Both bras unhook themselves despite being the correct size, leading to embarrassing situations. As I contacted customer services after 30 days they will not accept them as a return despite consumer laws usually giving up to 6 months when items are faulty or not fit for purpose.

Appalling customer service . My delivery from France was for some unknown reason left at the Royal Mail Hayes depot but shown as delivered to me in Herefordshire . Photo of an unknown place . Fault of Royal Mail who then returned to sender ..Playtex in France . Royal Mail informed me that I cannot raise a complaint with them . That has to be done by Playtex as they are the sender .
Tried to contact Playtex .spoke to a bot …then another then another .,each time you reply you have to start again with your details and reference numbers , with no record held by them and the same answer ,.”someone will email you “. Have no idea where my order now is and am resigned to losing £50 . Will never order from them again

Hopeless company. As other have said, wish I had read the reviews first. The website directs you to an email address for customer service - it doesn't exist. The 'Can I help you' bot is less than useless. What a waste of money and what a shame - from a company that used to have such a good reputation.

Ordering was easy enough however despite using their size guide the items did not fit and had to be returned, a printer is needed for that plus the return postage deducted from the refund, in my case that was £4.90, no docket supplied as mentioned and the local pick up point found the paperwork confusing as items being sent back to France, it was an unnecessary and frustrating.

I ordered a garment on the 12th July for a wedding taking place on the 24th. I am still waiting for the item to arrive, even though the website states it will take up to 5 days to be despatched. Be aware, the website says co.uk, but all orders are despatched from France, and for some inexplicit reason, then get sent to the Netherlands. Customer service is a pointless avenue to go down, as they themselves take 2 days to tell you the parcel is going to take over 2 weeks to arrive. Please think carefully about placing an order, you are not dealing with a UK store.

I knew I was chancing my arm after reading the reviews but it's the only company I could find selling cotton bras that are also under-wired. (Why other companies think we want them without under-wires I don't know). I ordered through Paypal to be on the safe side. I waited in purposely for them being delivered and they were prompt with delivery. I was vastly pleased with them. The only reason I didn't give them a full five star rating was because the strap at the back of the bras was made of a synthetic material.

I orderd my 2 bras and packet of briefs in March it's April 17th I was told I would receive these on the 16th and if their is any bank holiday it would arrive on the 25th. For the sake of this world I will never ever order from this company ever ever again they are scams frauds by chance one order must have came to one of the ladies in the comments but how can anyone support a business if so many customers have had their money stolen and no items. I know have to make a full complaint regards the company and contact my bank in an emergency to see if they can pay my money back to me and tell the company that they haven't sent my item it's put me in a huge problem now because I paid with klarna I haven't paid this company yet but klarna might now make me pay for the item it's company that klarna had a contact with so I hope it's not a scam company maybe they can call them for me. I'm already under lots of stree I don't need shopping for clothes a stress it's not been pleasant how can shopping for clothes be stress these people don't deserve to open a business if they can't speak English and not tell people they are Foreign speaking so i can avoid people from purchasing and then not respond to emails I have emailed then several times and now told them you rude and disgusting and need to refund me and either they investigate the parcel were it is or il have to report the company they still haven't bothered to reply. I'm so looky I didn't give them my bank details as I have paid yet but klana now might effect my credit rating but this is nit my fault so I will tell them to check trust pilot reviews if they don't believe me I only seen these reviews now and if I saw them soon I wouldn't have bothered to order from this company, who don't care about customers enquires or emails it's rude and I do nit think this company in any shape is form should be continuing business unless they change about how learn how to treat customers money and parcels I've been Flippin scammed I will make Abad mark for their business all the people on here have managed to get nothing but grief from this scam company. If anyone who has been happy with them and their service if you have direct emails for them please email them in regards to all trust pilots emails that why they not responding and nit sending out the parcels on time please. it's utterly disgraceful a huge Playtex company scamming people of their money they will be soon found out and shut down and I will be on the list for compensation I will never ever order from this brand again worst ever experience of my life in the name of shopping I would give the company 0 if I could I will compalin to them now
