Pending payment of $536 from Feb/Mar/Apr still not processed. They introduced a TDS / Form 16A requirement that no other Indian advertiser asks for on small B2B payments to non-residents. I accepted their terms to unblock it — and still no payment. Other Indian companies pay the full amount on time without this back-and-forth.

UPDATE: A partial payment was received — around $336 USD net against an agreed amount of $550. That's a ~39% deduction, well above even the maximum legal TDS rate (20% without PAN, which would be $440). No Form 16A or TDS certificate has been provided to justify the deduction, only a PayPal receipt. Still waiting on the rest of the payment and the official tax documentation.
