So, I've never had to send in ID to Playzee, they verified my age by using my bank details, I've deposited about 1000 altogether, withdrew let's say 300, some 20s some 30s, 50s etc, I recently deposit £50 and won 600, they are now asking me to send in documents etc to prove my age which I do not have, how can they let me withdraw so much and when I hit a decent amount they suddenly don't want to pay. They closed my account down because I complained.

If you don’t want to lose your money for nothing stay away from this company. At first they will let you deposit in whatever you like then when you tried to withdraw your money they will blocked you and taking ages for you to trying to get your money back from them. So be careful people

I was 2500 pound from them and they didn’t keep their word. I allegedly exceeded the bet limit by a pound but rather than paying out they took the promotional violation route, like many tin pot companies. They should be burnt in their beds.

SCAM 100% SCAM I WON $19,200 yet they confiscated all my winnings saying the reason is I bet over $5 yet I record everything and my bet was $4.80. I contacted their team and they said I have to wait 90 days to hear back from them. Do yourself a favour and play beltway, ruby casino, or Betano. I have played over 40 sites and alot were sketchy but none as bad as playzee. I will be starting a class action lawsuit if this isn’t settled and since this is a common thing on this site so if anyone else would care to join the lawsuit due to winnings being stolen please contact me

Playzee (Whitehatgaming) are scammers i've won alot from them its not in bad spirit. Read my other reviews for a real run down. 30+ site address's says it all. Avoid using because they will close your account down mid gameplay and if you have any balance they have the right to decline a payout.

Complete scam, won some money according to the terms and conditions. They have refused to pay out claiming I did the promotion more than once, which I didn't. Now I have to waste my time going to the Gambling Commission to get my money.

I use playzee for years I lost my nanny card and had to replace it I change my payment method to my new card. But when I've try to withdraw my winning £185 all together it's only let use my old bank card details I contacted there customer support and they cound not help me even after I ask of winning to pay using bank transfer so they happy let you deposit with bank card but tell you they don't payout to the same method I wasted over an hour trying to stort this out now I have to wait until they email me
