Got a replacement part for bag which had been damaged. Very responsive customer Service and was able to get a compatible part at reasonable cost

I purchased the Boys mini tractor backpack for my son and I am delighted with it. It’s both sturdy and beautifully made and my son never has it off his back! Ordering from Playzeez was simple and effortless and delivery was within the timeframe stated. This is my second purchase from this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My little girl is absolutely loving hers (Mya the Snow Leopard) goes everywhere with us. The quality and texture is second to none. The bag is very roomy and holds alot of her toys, books and crayons. I will definitely be purchasing another one for when she starts playschool..

I bought a backpack for my son and one of the shoulder strap clips got caught in the car door and broke. I wrote to Playzeez to ask if I could purchase a clip to replace it. Playzeez replied within a short timeframe, were able to source the exact replacement clip and also send it by mail within a few days. I found their aftersales service to be excellent and I will definitely be buying more products from them.

I bought the snow leopard bag for my daughter a few years ago and now I have bought the older girls leopard backpack and duffle bag.

Quality is fantastic and they are machine washable which is always a bonus for kids bags.

I entered the recent competition never thinking I would win....but I did 😁 and what a fab prize, I picked the tractor schoolbag backpack and since there was such a fab selection I bought a tractor backpack for my youngest grandson, I now have two very happy boys. Bags are the perfect size for all their bits when they come to nana's for a sleepover. Backpacks are fab quality and really prompt delivery, thanks Aaron 😊

So happy with my daughters mini backpack. She absolutely loves it, she is coming up to 2, and the size is perfect for her. She loves having it on and never wants to take it off. The rein is perfect to and attaches easy to the bag, doesnt make me feel like I have her on a lead like a dog too! She looks so grown up with it on and so adorable. I highly recommend these bags and they will last for a long time. The customer service was superb, a follow up text about delivery and to make sure I am happy with my initial purchase.
