This will be a fairly neutral review, but the company is for sure customer oriented.
I ordered a battery for my laptop (Fujitsu U727) and chose one with a part number that matched the original battery in my laptop. Although the battery I purchased fit the laptop perfectly, my laptop, running the latest BIOS version, couldn’t recognize the battery and, as a result, wouldn’t charge. I tried everything I could, but couldn’t get the battery to work, so we agreed on a refund.
On the one hand, I’m disappointed because I still need the battery, on the other hand, this company is trustworthy and doing business with respect for its customers - I hope my case with non-working battery is just an exception, since other people reviews that I found are ok

I am happy to recommend plbateria.pl, because it is a reliable company. I ordered a MSI GE63 Raider RGB laptop power supply with a 6.0 x 3.5mm plug. It turned out that the socket does not fit and the right size is 7.4mm * 5.0mm. I described the whole situation in an e-mail. The sunny employee who contacted me told me to send back the old power supply at my own expense and they would send me the correct version. I sent back the power supply with the possibility of tracking. After about 3 weeks, I received a new power supply with a suitable socket.
