Massively overpriced and Massively average.

Placed an order on 7th Dec. On the website it states in the FAQ's they take 24hours to send out, on the confirmation email it states a week before send out. I waited until the 10th and emailed asking if I will be getting an update email/ tracking number when my order is sent out and got no response. I emailed again on the 14th stating if I don't hear back from them I will be contacting my bank as it's starting to feel like a scam. That got a response email where they explained they're only a small business and it's royal mails fault and apparently they'd sent my order out twice before that but nothing arrived with me/ no tracking number to provide me? The only tracking number they sent me was for a package handed over to their local Morrisons collect+, which was created after I threatened to contact my bank on the 14th. Their customer service is dire and the lies are ridiculous, they simply can't keep up with the orders after spending who knows how much on their influencer marketing. It's now the 19th and apparently I still have cookies on the way but surely they will be past their best before date when they finally arrive now, if they ever arrive? I've requested a refund and waiting on that now but I'm not holding much hope.

Appalling customer service. Despite reaching out on several platforms for help I’ve had no response from Pleese and still haven’t received my order from weeks ago. Royal Mail tracking says I refused the delivery but tracking shows that the order has been no where near my address. No response from this company at all or any attempt to rectify. Avoid.

What a bump! Purchased Pleesecake Double Chocolate tub - was basically just a tub of cheap soft chocolate ice cream that looked like something my cat left in his litter box. How this is described as ‘cheesecake’ is a mystery. Haagen Dazs Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream is far superior to this load of slosh.

Every product from Pleese is so good and the freeze cakes i ordered for my husbands birthday treat were no exception!

Easy to order. Delicious

Ordered a whole cake for my 40th. Omg what a centrepiece and an impressive conversation starter!
Everyone said how amazing it tasted. Instructions are very clear about how to defrost and what not to do.
Only thing I would hope for in the near future is some fruity flavours without chocolate.
Will order another one for Christmas!

Sadly the cake did not totally defrost in the time allowed as the instructions so it was still frozen in the middle when we served it to our guests

The cakes never turned up, still out for delivery and one day late??? Nobody has been in contact. The cake was for a birthday.

So disappointed. My order didn’t arrive. Had dhl delivery notice saying it was in their warehouse. Well frozen cheesecakes won’t survive that surely. I never did receive it!!!!!!
My celebration won’t have the delicious cheesecakes!!!!!!

Ordered the choose your own mini cheesecakes box for delivery to Blackpool for my Mum as a special treat. They can brilliantly packaged and Mum assures me they are delicious! Really worth the little extra money for a special splurge for someone who deserves a smile!
