Sonja has been a very diligent person

Sonja has been a very diligent person, concerned about our case, she has committed herself to respond to us even though another colleague had the case in his hands and finally after 4 months she has communicated us the resolution of the case which was what we needed. Thank you very much for your responsibility and proactive attitude.

We had a problem with one of our visas…

We had a problem with one of our visas being hacked, and although the refund process took a little longer, Pleo finally made the appropriate arrangements to receive the refund of all the fraudulent amounts through Jozef, who kindly instructed us on how to do the process.

The worst service I have ever seen from…

The worst service I have ever seen from a B2B company.
There is no way to talk to anyone other than a chatbot.
They froze all my company cards. I can't use our balance (€1,000) and they won't give our money back.

I've been trying to talk to someone responsible but no one has answered my emails for 2 months.
I don't recommend their service because their support is non-existent.

Amazing user experience

Our expense management changed dramatically when we got Pleo. We used to spend days chasing the team to collecy expenses, we lost hours and money due to lost tickets. Now we do it fully automatic with Pleo and it makes minutes.
Onboarding was literally an hour of work and the team was very helpful.

We certainly recommend it 100%.

From the first day we contacted PLEO we have received an extraordinary, professional and fast service. It only took us two meetings to decide to start with a test to confirm if it fit our needs. Fortunately it did and since then it has significantly reduced the administrative work and control of business travel. In addition, the team is delighted, as it is very intuitive and automatic. No more paperwork! We certainly recommend it 100%.

We have unified cards from 6 different banks, replacing them with pleo cards

We directly account for the expenses 2 hours of revision X 3 companies saved

Accounting people are saving 20 hours of annoying and unproductive work, being able to devote themselves to other things
