We had a problem with one of our visas being hacked, and although the refund process took a little longer, Pleo finally made the appropriate arrangements to receive the refund of all the fraudulent amounts through Jozef, who kindly instructed us on how to do the process.

The worst service I have ever seen from a B2B company.
There is no way to talk to anyone other than a chatbot.
They froze all my company cards. I can't use our balance (€1,000) and they won't give our money back.
I've been trying to talk to someone responsible but no one has answered my emails for 2 months.
I don't recommend their service because their support is non-existent.
We are very happy with Pleo´s Support team and especially with Jozef Brodala. He responds very quickly to our emails and is giving us the best solutions.
