Got scammed by a seller/merchant using this platform. Emailed support, they did nothing about trying to contact the merchant and work on a resolution. No investigation in to the seller, basically just told me to go away. Great platform if you want to run a scam operation!

It just works fast and reliable
It just works fast and reliable.
I used Binance mobile as payment processor: the only think you have to be aware of, is that when you scan a Plisio invoice QR code, you get a string formed of: type of crypto + wallet address of the recipient + amount to pay. So you have then cut and paste the dollar amount in the appropriate field of the form your use for payment on your payment processor, for example in my case on Binance mobile; and then you have to delete the unnecessary letter, to have the correct recipient's wallet address.
Be also aware that you must add the fee of your payment processor to the amount of the invoice you have to pay. If you don't do it, Plisio is smart and request an additional payment, but due to the minimum amount you can withdraw, you could end up sending much more than the payment fee.
When you know this, it goes very fast and smooth.

Plisio ignores ethical hackers and disrespects their own bug bounty policy
I reported a serious security vulnerability (Stored XSS) to Plisio through their official bug bounty program. The vulnerability affects their main domain and could lead to account takeover and financial theft. Despite this, Plisio arbitrarily downgraded the severity to "low" and paid only $100 — far below the $1,000–$4,000 reward they advertise for high-severity issues.
I provided clear technical proof, referenced public CVSS scoring, and followed responsible disclosure practices. After fixing the issue, they stopped responding to my emails and have ignored me for months.
This is a warning to other ethical hackers and security researchers: Plisio does not honor its commitments and disrespects those trying to help secure their platform. I highly recommend avoiding any collaboration with them.
For Plisio customers: the security of your accounts, and therefore your money, is absolutely not their priority. Run away.

Long transaction confirmation
I tried to purchase an item on GGSELL.IO using TON for payment through their service. After sending the coins to their wallet, the transaction was confirmed on the blockchain within 6 seconds. However, the payment status on the website remained "awaiting payment" for a long time. After 25 minutes, I contacted support, and they told me the payment would be confirmed within an hour. But even after the 60-minute payment window expired, the status still hadn’t changed. I reached out to support again, and they promised to fix it. If they do resolve it, I’ll update this review, but the time I’ve already wasted—over 2 hours for what should have been a minute-long process—is a strong reason to be cautious with this service.
UPD: The transaction was confirmed within 4 hours.
