Helped me save 4400 euros due to my mistake
Then one morning I wake up and need to make two payments of $20 in BNB. That's about 0.039BNB each. Payments would be made on Binance to Plisio.
I had slept poorly so I was a little tired. And after making both payments on Binance, I realized that I made a basic but disastrous mistake.
On Binance instead of putting BNB I put BTC. I just transferred 0.039 BTC in each transaction. PANIC.
It was converted to BTCB token and I noticed that Plisio does not support this token.
After a few moments, I calmed down and contacted Plisio support. They were the biggest, together I recovered the BTC transferred by my mistake.
With Plisio's support I saved around 4400 euros.
They were fantastic.
