Simple dashboard, light learning curve

What stood out to me with Plixi is how clean the dashboard feels. I didn't need tutorials just to get started. Engagement improvised slowly over time, especially on posts I was already putting effort into. The only thing I'd like improvised is more detailed breakdowns of where engagement comes from. Still useful overall.

This is scam - avoid!

This is scam! There is no contant with support, all follows are fake bot accounts. STAY AWAY!!!

No option to get refund, no option to delete account as I click “delete” there is no way to do that.

I am considering taking a legal actions to resolve this problem.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.
Save yourself the drama and your money.
I subscribed to Plixi to get more real exposure with my startup. Since the first day, I got only bots and fake accounts. I wrote to customer support and they said the algorithm takes time to match your target audience (bullshit!).
After 2 weeks I cancelled the subscription cause this only damage the real work you've already put in.
On top of the shocking experience, your money is not refundable as per customer support.
Thank you Plixi for fooling me and ripping me off! NEVER AGAIN

During the first 1–2 weeks, all accounts go through a warm-up phase where the system tests different audiences to optimize targeting, which can affect early results. This process was explained, along with recommendations to refine your settings.

When you requested cancellation on January 30, fulfillment had already been scheduled to end on February 4, and our team proactively stopped activity on February 3 to prevent any further delivery. As Plixi is a prepaid service, refunds are not available once the subscription has started.

I signed up for Plixi and was charged much more than advertised. The followers I got were clearly bots, and my engagement dropped. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, support ignored me. This is a scam.

SCAM

SCAM. I am considering taking legal action against them with my legal team, though the amount I spent was small, so weighing up if it’s worth it. Their follower “guarantee” is fake and misleading and falls into false consumer advertising.

They have said below they want to resolve things but I already asked them directly for a refund, which they didn’t want to give, which has now left me in this predicament.
