Horrible Turn Around time
Shipping and product updates were a mess, took longer than was promised to receive. Need more communication and updates on purchased products.

It's almost 3 weeks now and have since not receive my item. Have been given a tracking number and the item still has not been given to the shipping courier. What the hell is going on. Item was a gift and my friend has already left the country

Shipping needs major improvements
Placed my order on 12/14 for a Christmas gift. My package didn't ship until 12/23 and after FedEx continued to change my delivery date, I am not getting my package until 12/31..
