An utterly dreamlike and fantastic experience!
It was easy to get in touch with Plongée Castille via phone and email to plan my dives.
The first dive was the B-17 bomber at a depth of 28 meters, and it was definitely one of the best dives I've ever had. I might have been particularly lucky, as it was just me and the instructor down at the plane. That gave me plenty of space to really soak in all the impressions.
Later in the day, I went out for a dive at the edge of the marine reserve (La Revellata). Plenty of fish and interesting rock formations to dive over and through. There were four of us divers plus an instructor, and once again, you felt in safe hands with plenty of time to experience everything.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. Their dive boat, located right in the harbor, had everything you needed, and the two dives I did were at most a 15-minute ride from the harbor.
If I return to Calvi, I will definitely prioritize going diving again, as the area is quite fantastic. And I will without a doubt choose Plongée Castille again.
