They don't take care of their customers and have a bad resolve time. It takes FOREVER to get anyone to do anything.

Horrible technical support
I had an unmetered discord bot hosting server on NodeJS 14, the bot was laggy sometimes but not something to worry about.
One day the I was updating my bot files and it didn't boot up again. I opened a ticket and they replied to me 2 days after. The bot booted up but the server remained as "starting" and the performance graphs were set to 0% usage. They said they would contact the "system administrator" to fix the issue. 5 days have passed now and still no solution. The bot doesn't boot up from 2 days now and I got no solution.
Definitively changing to another hosting platform.
