Takes the money and ignores you.

On november the 8th or 9th, 2016 I contacted Plueschnasen regarding making an order for Denmark, since you could not automatically order it from their website and have it shipped.

Susanne Ader wrote to me and asked which product i wanted on the 9th.

I wrote back what I wished for with a link to the item on the 10th.

Susanne told me the price of it on the 11th.

On the 13th Susanne tells me that I was referring to an accessory and not the actual product that I was looking for and adds the link to what I needed together with payment info.

On the 17th I tell her I have made the payment and thank her for making it clear for me which product I should get. I also add my address and ask for a trackingnumber.

The 21st I change my mind and would like to cancel my order. I had not yet received word about it being sent and my money was transferred.

The 25th. I write again pointing out they has not responded and would like to know that they were in the process of transferring my money back for the not sent package.

The 29th. I get a response from Susanne that she doesn't understand my email, asking if I want the product and they would ship tomorrow.

The 30th. I write, yes, I do not want it. Please refund.

One month later on the 29th of december I ask again if they have refunded my purchase.

On the 14th of february I ask once again when they will help refund my purchase.

Clearly they are scamming me and this site should get no stars. They are outright taking my money and spitting me in my face, by ignoring my emails.
I'm very patient and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this is beyond reasonable. At no point have I been rude and I have not received any product at any time.

Don't shop at this site.
