Zero customer service

PluginFox is my go-to online store for audio plugins. Not only do they have -in my opinion- the best prices around, they're also very fast in their delivery.
I've never had to wait longer than a minute or two for my product. Further, there's always an additional link on how to activate your product, as well. Lastly, the times I messaged support, they've always been quick in their response and very friendly.

Supercheap sale on a plugin I needed for my MPC standalone. Fast and safe

I got an issue for get my plugs and the link for downloading was not precise and I did not find plugs. It takes me 1 hours to understand where it was and install it.
