I just signed up for this plugin (haven't subscribed or paid anything yet) and they immediately reached out to see if they could help me onboard. A team member spent 45 minutes with me (unpaid!) guiding me through all the options, patiently answering all my questions, helping me set up the plugin. There are a lot of carriers available, powerful automations, and a fairly simple interface. I've tried several shipping plugins over the years and this one is great - highly recommend!!
