Working fine
In 2022, I purchased lifetime access and I regularly use several of their plugins. I even bought an additional licence or two, and everything works fine. The only problem is that it’s tough to get in touch with them — they don’t respond to emails.

I purchased the Unlimited Lifetime…
I purchased the Unlimited Lifetime Membership for $109, expecting full access to all plugins and themes as advertised. Now many of them require extra payment, which completely goes against what was promised. I contacted support and they admitted my membership is active, but said some items still need to be paid for — how is that a “lifetime” membership?
This feels misleading and dishonest. It’s not what I paid for, and others should be aware before purchasing. Very disappointing experience.

Stay away from these thieves
Stay away from these thieves. They sell plugins and themes that are dangerous. I bought a theme, since then my site was continuously hacked, and saw spammy redirects from Google searches.
With a plugin I bought, they say it is premium, but it is not. When I wrote to them about it, they said would get back within 48 hours, and till now (2 weeks), no news about it from them.

I purchased a lifetime membership from this website. I downloaded a few plugins and themes and used them for my websites. But They have removed my account on July 18, 2024. If I had seen these reviews before I purchased their membership, I would never have bought it. Please report this website to Google, other search engines, and the payment gateway provider to protect people from this type of cheating.

Lousy
I had a fraudulent charge made by a partner. I requested a refund in 2024, meeting all deadlines and requirements, but they systematically ignored my emails. No response, no solution: a total scam.
Update (04/13/2026):
Two years later, they finally contacted me for nothing. They admit the partner registered the purchase with the wrong email (Hotmail instead of my Gmail), yet they still refuse to issue a refund. Their "solution" after 24 months of silence is to offer me the service now, which is completely useless since I had to switch to another platform long ago.
It is disrespectful to make a customer wait two years only to provide a response that doesn't address the financial loss. They kept the money and failed to honor their own refund policy. Avoid this company at all costs.
