I made a reservation by mistake for…

I made a reservation by mistake for 3/29/24 until 3/30/24 and I need it for 3/30/24 to 3/31/24. When I call to change the date I was told if I do it I could not do it unless I forfeit the money used for the wrong reservation. I am very disappointed.

As a 3rd party this booking comes directly from a 3rd party. As advised in the terms of sale this booking is a non-refundable one. We tried to reach out and the hotel advised us this is a non-refundable booking, and it cannot be changed or modified. We highly advise if a guest needs to make changes on a booking that they do not book a non-refundable room.

My electronic tickets did not work and refund denied

My electronic tickets for Cirque du Soleil (Order Number: 34863277) could not be read by the scanner at the venue. I called customer service and re-entered information to get a code and reprint the tickets. That did not work the first time or the second time I tried.
I spoke with the representative in customer service for about 25 minutes - or until the venue had already begun more than 5 minutes prior.
Customer service tried to be helpful and send a request for reimbursement of the tickets and the $20 parking fee.
Today I was notified that they exhausted all attempts to get a refund but were unable to do so and this request has been closed and they will no longer respond to information requests on this ticket.

Do not book anything from Plum…

Do not book anything from Plum Benefits! Stay away from them! This retailer deserves zero stars. I purchased tickets to the Daytona500 and the event got cancel for the date it was originally set for, Sunday, February 18th. While the event got reschedule for the following day in the evening, it can't be expected that everyone would drop everything and stay for the new date and time. We had work and kids to return to so no room for flexibility. As a matter of fact, Pitbull was schedule to perform during the original date of the event, but had to be moved to the 2025 Daytona500 event because he couldn't make the postponed date. As many other people couldn't. Yet, after 5 phone calls, that were about 1 hour long each time, and three emails Plum Benefits refuses to issue a refund. Although, I have communicated and provided them with proof, as requested, that NASCAR issued refunds to people that couldn't attend the postponed event through filling out a weather form on NASCARs website, Plum Benefits reps refuse to issue a refund. They further argue that because the event was rescheduled and not fully canceled they can't do anything. Needless to say, I will never do business with this Company due to their unwillingness to help a customer.

If the guest bought Preferred Access tickets to which it seems she did these tickets are a final sale. That section is tickets from brokers and sellers. Once the tickets are bought the customer agrees to attend the postponed date as all tickets are final and the seller would not be able to get a refund. Please provide us an order number and we can always check with the seller but this is not a guarantee.

This is the worst company ever

This company is incredibly disappointing. They engage in scamming practices and refuse to issue refunds. Even one star is too generous for them. I strongly advise avoiding them altogether.

Plum Benefits Misleading Customers on Tickets Sale…

Purchased Tickets for a show without any disclaimer about a partial view. Partial view tickets were being sold at box office the same time of the purchase by a half of the price paid.
Called customer support and was informed tickets would be adjusted the day before the event with new tickets. No tickets received the day before the event and customer service saying it wasn’t approved! Plum Benefits is Misleading customers !!!!!

Never again!

Rented a vehicle. Flight delayed and the rental counter was closed. I wanted to book with another rental agency. It took 5 calls and me almost being in tears to get someone to help me!!! Thanks for the refund..however the customer service is deplorable!!! I will never use this service again.

Plum Benefits won't give us our tickets - update

We purchased 4 tickets to a comedy show coming to New York next weekend. Upon payment and receiving the tickets, we clicked on the share tickets button to send my sister-in-law her two tickets. I took a screenshot of the email I sent it to, just to make sure I had proof of sending the tickets to the correct email. My sister-in-law has not received the tickets.

We have been calling Plum Benefits for weeks, asking them to help us retrieve these two lost tickets. Every phone call is only met by a call technician telling us it will take 72 hours to solve. It's been a month, and nothing has been solved.

We are now 8 days away from the concert date. What we are asking for is simple; help us retrieve our tickets so we can enjoy the show, or simply reimburse us our money. Plum Benefits has refused to do either until this point.

DO NOT use this company - the customer service feels like a scam. We will report back in the next 8 days based on what happens, but we are very disappointed.

UPDATE: Plum Benefits has replied 6 hours ago on this review board that their managers are looking into it. However, we have received an email from Plum Benefits at 10:30pm last night that reads: "We are unable to confirm where your tickets are... Regrettably, the refund is unable to be issued... Please be advised that this case has been closed."

Pretty shameful that you closed our case last night via email, but you are on this public review board acting as if you are looking into the matter. We have elevated this case to our credit card company, and Cap One investigators will file a dispute on our behalf. Shame!

We apologize but as a 3rd party these tickets came from one of our sellers in the Preferred Access section. The seller did his part by sending the guest all 4 tickets. If the guest forwarded 2 tickets to her family member, they should be able to retrieve the tickets back if that is what she is referring to the order and this issue. If she has issues getting the tickets, then she may need to reach out to Ticket Master for assistance. We are more than welcome to speak to her which we have, and a manager is looking into this, but the tickets were sent to the guest from what we see and to which she is stating. Our management team is looking into this to see what else can be done for her.

car reservation needed pick up time Changed

I made a car reservation with a pick up time of 12pm. However, my flight was changed by the airline so we are arriving at 10:00pm. I called to ask if they are able to change the pickup time for me, since I cannot do it myself. Only to be told I need to cancel and rebook at DOUBLE the price now.

I tried to book Disneyland tickets

I tried to book Disneyland tickets. The tickets were listed as $287 discounted to $257. Great deal except that they are $257 when you buy them direct from Disney. they also throw in $25 food gift card, only that gift card is not accepted at Disneyland. All that and then they tack on a $50 fee at the end. So this package actually costs more than if I booked through Disney and the "Free" $25 food cards actually cost $51
So there is absolutely no reason to use Plum Benefits to book these tickets cause then Ill have 50 dollars in restaurant credit that I can't use there that I pay $51 for. and there is no discount for the actual tickets.

There are certain days due to the demand to which the pricing can be close. The Restaurant.com card is good to use but cannot be used at the actual park. They have directions to use it which is listed on the voucher. Please provide us an order number and we can research your claim as well.

Never again

ordered tickets for Rockettes show at Radio City in New York City for Saturday Dec. 2nd. still no tickets yet, they tell me i will get them on day of show, unacceptable. I am not going to travel 2 hours to get there and then not have tickets. Want money refunded and they wont. Will never do business with Plumb Benefits again. Will be contacting a lawyer to sue

I purchased airline tickets from plum…

I purchased airline tickets from plum benefits back in August. Tripplanet/plumbenefit changed my flight going to Miami and returning to New York without my knowledge. If I didn't call Plumbenefit just to confirm my flights i would have screwed that day. Because of the changes they told me that i would receive a refund on the outbound flight to Miami since they were not able to find a early flight for my son and I . Its not November going into December and I still have received no refund on a August flight and complaint was done in August. I will never do business with them ever again.
