Update
This is my second review of this company. I thought that it was worth updating the community on my views as the company has totally failed to resolve my issue of receiving the wrong order from them in 2 months.
I ordered a pair of Keen walking boots from them and received instead a pair of bright yellow Nike trainers. I have contacted them several times to return the unwanted items with no success. They overcharged my credit card for the transaction. In one of the very few correspondance emails, they quite freely admitted it was an error on their part, however, to date I have had absolutely no satisfaction in resolving the issue or getting a refund. They even advised me to sell the trainers to someone else and offered me a discount voucher... Very professional!!!!
As previously advised by me, based on my experience with this company, stay well clear.
