Leak from Water tank
Edward came out in about 20minutes of my very stressed phone call, after entering my shop to find water everywhere, my immersion tank was leaking, Edward came and fixed the problem and did it in a very timely manner and was very reasonably priced! Thank you so much life saver!

Edward was extremely kind, professional nd fast at his work. Really appreciated that he came so quickly after I requested a repair in the evening on a weekend! He found and fixed the problem under half an hour and thoroughly explained everything to me. Plus he left the bathroom completely clean after the repair was completed. I would highly recommend him.

In a word excellent. I had to use the emergency call out…
I had to use the emergency call out part of my insurance and they sent Edward. I cannot emphasize how grateful I am that they did. He stayed until we got to the root of the problem (water from shower coming through to kitchen) and made a temp repair until he came back today to change waste for new one. His communication was excellent and having spent many years in customer service myself I recognise it’s importance. He kept in touch regularly with eta updates and how things were progressing. Excellent!
