Unfortunately I do not know where to start with this company it is my first time that I have ever used or purchased anything from this company.
Prior to placing my order this company promises people to deliver the next day so I chose the next day delivery and because of the next day delivery I placed an order as I was happy with it this was Friday so the next delivery date would be Monday 8 August 2022.
Due to PumbHQ choice of Currier my delivery never happened as promised due to this I lost £300 from taking a day off work I had to cancel the plumbers which I had booked in for August 9 this occurred in more money being lost as I had to pay a cancellation fee on top of this I cannot get the plumbers back as unfortunately they’re busy and it’ll take another 10 days before I’m able to book them. I emailed PlumbHQ And explains everything .
Today August 9 I woke up at 6 pm I tracked the parcel it was still in the same place as it had been since Sunday at 7 am I tracked the parcel again unfortunately no updates I then rushed to catch my train So I can go to work and not lose another £300 unfortunately I have no idea if this was ever going to be delivered.
Around 10 am I got a reply back it says I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and that’s my Parcel was out for delivery today of course I was not home I was at work I could’ve not possibly take another day off work as I work in a hospital I could’ve not possibly lost another £300 I did not even know this was out for delivery today as I have not been made aware or nothing I literally did not know nothing so how did these people expect me to turn my life around just because they decide to choose a currier That has 1 1/2 star rating 85% of the reviews of the Corrie being used what else would you expect to happen the email said that it was their fault and not ours they tried to find a solution for me and the solution were the normal things that I am entitled to as a customer such as we can give you a refund back of course you can give me a refund back I am entitled to a refund back should I choose to do so we can reschedule for the parcel to be delivered tomorrow of course you will reschedule for the parcel to be delivered tomorrow that is your responsibility to do so I have paid for products of course you’re gonna do that I did ask who is going to cover all the costs that have occurred of course no one will do that all I got was the bottom line is take it or leave it we cannot do anything else about it they blame the company and obviously not take responsibility for their failures I have not chosen FedEx to deliver my parcel PllumHQ decided to use them knowing that they only have 1 1/2 star rating of course things will go wrong will always go wrong why should I suffer for your choices that you make an apology from you guys means nothing you guys apologise because you are at work you’ll have to apologise but that apology is not a sincere apology means nothing that apology will not get my delivery that apology will not get my plumbers back that apology was not compensate for nothing so I have no idea how you guys have 4 1/2 star rating here but this is shambles the service I got it wasn’t Sultan disgusting no solution that works for the customer whatsoever all you have to do is arrange the delivery at my toes and address at my toes and time and maybe make up for it but not just to tell me to put up with it this is disgusting shambles I have no one outside I will never ever ever do business you guys should not exist
