P&P costs extortionate
I wanted to purchase something on Plumbing for Less website. It was a manrose which is literally a bit of lightweight plastic. I went to the checkout and the delivery charge was more than the item.
I phoned the company and they wouldn't budge on the price for postage.
How do they do business. They've lost my custom.

Unfortunately, it does advise in our terms & conditions that if an order is under the threshold a delivery fee will be applicable.
We do not make profits from carrier fees we simply charge the standard cost of a next day delivery service.
You requested to purchase an item that was valued at a couple of pounds and asked us to lower our delivery fee, if we were to do that it would have put us at a loss which i'm sure you can appreciate as a business isn't feasible.
I feel your review is a little unjust as i'm fairly certain most, if not all other distributors would have the same delivery charge for a next day service.
Thank you for inquiring in the first place, i hope you managed to source the same part with a free delivery charge somewhere else.

Package did not arrive as scheduled. Their customer services answered my call and followed up with the courier. The courier DHL was poor though and twice gave me a 4 hour delivery window which they did not meet. Wasted a lot of time waiting unnecessarily. No issues with the product or supplier.
