Not to be used for AGA Servicing - unless you want to pay a lot and then pay again...

SINCE WRITING THIS REVIEW WE HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR FEEDBACK (4 YEARS LATER & BECAUSE I HAVEN'T GIVEN IT, MY REVIEW HAS BEEN HIDDEN. RIDICULOUS.. NOT ONLY THAT THE COMPANY ARE NOW SPAMMING ME INTO TRYING TO GET AN ANNUAL SERVICE.

Sadly we were very unsatisfied with the service we received. The quality of the workmanship was poor (it transpired) and when we tried to get Mo back out to look at our AGA (less than 2 months after we had paid him to service it) he didn't return calls or emails. We ended up getting out another company out to have a look and basically it was just bad workmanship from plumb local. They were also using non-aga parts which could have been part of the problem. I wouldn't recommend using them for an AGA service unless you want to be overcharged for an inadequate service.

Overcharging for work done

An engineer came to service and fix our Aga - he charged for the service, charged for the parts and then charged per hour (£120 per hour) on top for the whole time - including the service time. Not sure what the £180 service charge was for - certainly not for time or parts!
Husband paid and only afterwards I realised the double charging - company then said the service had taken 25 minutes (at £180) and they then rounded up the hours from 2 and a bit to 3 on top. Previous AGA services have always taken at least an hour.
Massive bill in total and have no trust that he even used the parts he claimed. Would not recommend
