i contacted plumb spares direct as i was getting desperate to find the correct cartridge valves for a mixer tap bought elsewhere (who were not helpful) and their admin support Emma was able to identify the correct valves from the model number and locate a supplier - sent me the advice on how to order through plumb spares (as not listed on their website) and kept in touch through out. Excellent customer service

Fantastic service
The wrong part arrived ,probably my fault when ordering,the lady I spoke to contacted the manufacturer to establish the correct part number and had one delivered to me for the very next day .I will definitely be using them again in the future and I’m pleased that I have found a reliable and knowledgeable company to deal with.

Excellent service - website made it really easy to find the exact parts I needed. The first part I ordered went astray with the couriers, but they sent out a second at no charge as soon as I got in touch, and it arrived the next day.

Ordered a Grohe spare part that was showing in stock on their website. Part was delivered as promised the next working day. Part was very reasonably priced and arrived in perfect order in manufacturers packaging.
