Scam. Selling cheap rubish unbranded macerators which are falsely advertised as high quality Sanifo products. Im a professional plumbing and heating engineer and I fell for it. Fortunatky I did get my money back via the bank, then the supplier called me to ask me to send the macerator back which I did not do and ive not heard from them since. Im annoyed at myself for not checking their reviews before hand.

From order to delivery, we were informed every step of the way receiving texts and mails to say when the delivery was due. Delivery was on time and infill. Would definitely use plumb store direct again. Thanks for great service.

The part was ordered specifically from this supplier as the website said “ next day delivery” But, it was ordered and paid in full on Wednesday 05/03/2025 and was not delivered until Monday 10/03/2025, resulting in me having to cancel the plumber, leaving my 85 year old Mum with no toilet for 5 days!!!!!

Fitted a sani waste macerator and it had no power. Rang the company for help and was told this was done via email. I have emailed numerous times and in the end asked to return it. Still no response at all. In a moment of madness i ordered another one which I then cancelled immediately. This cancellation was ignored and now I have 2 macerstors!.No communication at all with plumstore direct at all. Hopeless. I have now referred my transactions to my credit card company as Plumbstore direct do not respond to you at all so no chance of returning them. I do wonder if the company actually exists.

Purchased a macerator, i needed to return as it was too tall for toilet. Emailed company , no response. Finally got through to them on the phone and was told to return the unit. Returned it twice as both yodel and Royal Mail say no one at the address. Can now not get hold of them by phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Made a order through plumb store direct for a masorator pump. On website advertised that it would be delivered in 2 days. The banner which indicated this was miss leading as i made the order tueaday night and now to only receive the following monday. Client isnt happy result nor am i. Customer service is below poor. Ive called the service line over 10+ times within working hours and have had two successful calls with them. Same bloke both calls, and provided the least effort of help he could offer.
And from business point of view the invoices are vauge and provide minimal information. As a online merchent this is shocking.

I expected a next day delivery by Express UK (26th Feb),which was part of my attraction to your product advert. Instead I got Parcelforce who delivered Tuesday, 4th March.

Dreadful company selling cheap unbranded products under false branding. Avoid the “Saniflows” as these are cheap crap using expensive brand name. Reported to trading standards!

The product arrived was nothing like what it was in the photo, so I returned the item on a parcel force label that they provided, this was 10 days ago, I have not received my refund as yet or any confirmation or acknowledgment from Plumbstore direct, I have tracked the parcel and it arrived at their place of work the next day, not a happy customer

This company is a complete joke. Selling faulty Macerator products with pretend warranties. If you’re here doing your due diligence then PLEASE save your money as you will most certainly be disappointed.

AVOID!! Almost £300 for a Saniflow that lasted 3 months. “Sold with 5 years warranty” but not interested what so ever in resolving the faulty product. Ignoring my emails. Answered the phone call and promised to half “after sales” get back to me which obviously didn’t happen. Continue to chase them but continue to be ignored.

The Saniflo appears to be ok, but delivery let us down. We expected Royal Mail to deliver Friday and a plumber was planned for Monday. However the Saniflo was not delivered until mid morning Monday and we lost our Monday slot with the plumber. We then had to wait a further 3 days without the Saniflo.

Ordering was easy, next day delivery didn't happen and when I called in find out what had happened the customer services were rude and unhelpful. Waited in all day Monday to receive my parcel, it was delivered to a totally different street. Again, when I called to find out what had happened I was spoken to very rudely despite the wrong address being printed on the parcel and it actually being no fault of mine or parcel force. I had to go and find the item to retrieve it. Only one item was actually delivered and it was down to me to find out what had happened to the rest of the order. This had been cancelled without any notification to me.

The item that was 'delivered' was actually a different item to what was advertised. When I emailed about this, it was totally ignored. I would never ever use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered macerator, looks like it is a saniflo, has saniflo logo and uses the name in the title. It isn't and there are many reviews saying the same. As it's an urgent plumbing matter and I needed to get it ordered for next day delivery. I didn't check thoroughly.
I paid extra because the next day was a Saturday delivery. It didn't arrive until Monday (with all sorts of confusion between Parcelforce and sender).
When I realised my error, I tried to get hold of someone, but the phone just rings. An email stating I had been onto my card company, did raise a response. The item is on its way back, now I wait for the refund.
The person I spoke to was not rude, but would accept no responsibility for the error, despite all the reviews stating that they had been caught the same way.
An expensive mistake in postage costs and time.

Awful customer care. quick enough to take my money but doesn't reply to emails or answer the phone!!! advistises 5 year warranty but have not been sent paper work. obviously false advistising,will be taking this further

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!
They advertise their products as having "5 year warranty as standard with this model" - no such warranty exists. They do not answer emails or phone calls, despite several messages.
They are not complying with trading standards, so I will be reporting them

Advertised as a saniflo official product but when arrived it was a saniwaste macerator. The quality of the product is miles apart
