Every person that I came in contact with was incredible. They worked with me to make the perfect ring, using my references and crafting exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so nice along the way. The ring itself is gorgeous. It looks exactly as it was shown to me and I’m beyond happy with it.

This was a phenomenal experience. SO VERY helpful to figure out what I like. You really can’t get a good feel for what you like just trying on rings for a couple seconds in a store. Having a variety of stone sizes, shapes & ring styles to wear throughout your day really helped me figure things out. I had about a 100 questions about designs and products afterwards and with every email I sent I recieved a personal, genuine and patient response back. Kristy, Morgan and Renee were great at explaining things in meticulous detail. They even sent pictures and video of another customers ring (before it was shipped out) because it was the exact style I was looking for, this extra attention to detail solidified that that was the design style I love most. At first I was nervous about spending $150 on a try on kit online, nervous it might be a scam, but boy was I wrong. Knowing they have a sister store in Chicago also gave me peace of mind. Thank you Plum Diamonds. The try on kit is GENIUS.

The ring is so beautiful! I’m so happy with it. I made a last minute adjustment to the size and they were able to make the adjustment right and made sure that it was delivered on time before our anniversary. Communication was top notch and couldn’t be more happier!

This place is amazing. They have affordable lab grown diamonds with excellent customization ability. I had no trouble ordering the ring, and it arrived in a timely manner. Their customer service was amazing as well. They make sure to confirm addresses multiple times to ensure a safe arrival. At first I was skeptical from ordering off their website because of the low reviews. However, I am confident enough to say that this place is legit and their products come out looking wonderful!

Great product, customer service, and shipping. I was originally hooked for the product and return policy but truly it's bigger than the return policy it's the commitment to make sure you get exactly what you want and turns out I got that on the first try!

Every aspect of the purchase experience was fantastic. We found exactly what we were looking for, easily ordered, and everything was delivered right on time. The ring (4.33 carat hidden halo engagement) is simply stunning, excellent craftsmanship and the diamond is simply fire! My wife is beyond thrilled!!
