I’ve tried three different times to rebuild my legacy LMS (it’s been around since 1998), and the first two attempts were honestly, quite terrible. Working with PLUME has been the total opposite. They’re incredibly organized, super thorough, and respect everyone’s time. Because of them, it looks like we’ll finally have a new LMS up and running in record time. So far, I definitely recommend them—let’s see how the final product turns out 🙂

I have been a customer at plume Hall Green for about 30 yearsand have always been impressed by their excellent service.Today, after part of my exaust came loose I called there and a very friendly helpful Raj undertook to repair it. When I returned after a couple of hours he had done an excellent repair which saved me a few hundred pounds. Once again I was very impressed with the service given by Raj.

Called into Plume Tyre Services Hall Green today to get a puncture fixed on my car. The Garage was clean and tidy. Raj assessed my issue within a few minutes of arriving. He clearly explained my options without pushing me towards any unnecessary expense. Raj and his operative effected a speedy solution for my problem and I was safely on my way within 15 minutes. Had three new tyres fitted today at the Hall Green branch, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Raj was absolutely exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Not only did he carefully fit the new tyres, but he also took the time to show me a potentially dangerous issue with one of my old tyres, which I really appreciated.

It’s clear that customer safety and satisfaction are a top priority here. I’m so glad I chose Plume Tyres, and thanks to Raj’s outstanding service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommended!

Brilliant. Ford Creative and some of our clients have been working with Plume since 2017. Their team is very process driven (they are clearly experienced). There have been very few hiccups along the years, but when something isn't quite right, they have been quick to rectify issues.
