Avoid this scam company. I ordered 3 items on Dec 24th. Never received them. Sent two emails on January 25 and February 3th. No response. There is no even phone # to call. Also they keep deleting comments on Insta. Ha. So I filed dispute.

I can not tell you about the quality of their products or their customer service (other then complete lack of any interaction). I placed an order, received a single email stating thanks for your order. Most places, in that email would have an itemized receipt if what was order with an order number, but not this company. To find that information I got to go to the Shopify app. But the Shopify order number does not register on their site when looking up the status. I ordered close to 1 month ago, I have sent multiple emails to customer service, tried their chat feature (FYI, no one actually works and is available to chat during their posted business hours). They basically have to and completely forgot about their business but have no issues taking my money. If you don't want to actually sell anything, then shut the site down and stop wasting people's time and money! At least I am able to file a claim with my bank to get my money back since this company will not respond in any form.

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. I gave them two separate tries, ordering swimwear from them, waiting over six months for the orders to arrive, emailing them multiple times throughout that timeframe, continuously being told that it will be shipped out as soon as possible, they’re just low on stock, etc. etc. every excuse under the sun.
I’ve NEVER received my order from them. Each time I’ve tried to give them a chance, I’ve ended up having to cancel the order more than six months later after receiving absolutely nothing.

Challenge to deal with
Ordered five pieces of swimwear. Took a lengthy amount of time to fulfill order and ship. Try to contact company to get info several times via their contact page with no answer. I am not certain how I identified Claudia, the alleged ceo, but I did and started Communications with her. Things became far more responsive and I received answers. In my opinion they take way too long to get in order shipped, should leave no more than 2 days after order placed. Quality was as expected given the price point of the garments. Found sizing to be accurate. Two items I ordered were back ordered and I had to go through the same experience to get information. Requested back order items be canceled and within 2 days my credit card account was credited for the outstanding balance of the order. If the company was not so difficult to deal with I may have given four stars.
BEWARE! Plumeria Swim is a SCAM.
If I could rate this company a ZERO I would. They're a complete scam. They automatically apply a 'Flash Sale' discount to your purchase at checkout. Then, when you go to return the very cheaply made items, you not only have to purchase a $12 return label, but they tell you that you're only eligible for store credit given you purchased the items "on sale". Keep in mind, you are UNABLE to remove the discount code for any items, full price or not. So they force you to purchase their items at a discounted rate, in order to keep your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible clothing, terrible customer service, terrible policies.

File card dispute under misrepresentation to get your refund, Plumeria has a return policy in bad faith that they do not intend to honour because the representative will tell you store credit if you used a discount code only after the item is returned
The website runs never ending sales with automatically applied discount codes you can not remove at checkout, vendors are not legally required to provide change of mind refunds, but saying you will and then preventing customers from doing so is illegal

I never received a refund, but they did issue a store credit, which per their own refund policy online I should have received my original form of payment returned. The items were sent back within a day of receiving, I paid $12 s&h, the bikini bottoms were not a “thong,” not worn, the bag was not even opened because the top was too small. I ordered a different style bikini to take advantage of my now “store credit” and I have to say I was less than pleased with the fit, but kept because I am not paying another $12 to return. I am 5’4 135lbs 34DD - the top I ordered was a 34DD there is no adjustable latch so you cannot “lift” as needed for larger breast’s. And if I try to tie at neck it gives me under boob. Med bottoms fit as expected.

There is a 14 day return policy. I received my order 5/29/2023. I requested, prepaid $12.00 and returned my unworn, undamaged items on 6/1/2023. June 11, 2023 I have yet to receive any type of confirmation, response or refund. I have made three attempts to email customer service and no reply or refund.

This company makes it impossible to return!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! They do not respond to emails and you only have 14 days. They drag it out to where you will not be within the 14 day return policy.

This company does not allow refunds if you use a promo code, which is why they are always running a promotion.
If you'd like to exchange an item, you must send pictures to have the exchange approved, pay return shipping, pay a $15 restocking fee, wait for a store credit to be issued, and then reorder the replacement item, and pay for shipping again.
The quality of their swimwear is comparable to Shein or Zaful, but at premium prices, and no option to return for a refund. Please DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER and spread the word about their unethical business practices.
Don't waste your money, seriously
If the size is off, which bathing suits often are hard to size correctly, then forget your money, they won't exchange. Their shipping cost for a bikini bottom the size of a tissue is $12! You could stick it in an envelope with a 50 cent stamp! They wanted pictures of my exchange item which I sent, then they gave me a canned response on how they don't offer exchanges but I can order a new size and return the old bottoms all at my expense. I'd rather try my luck with cheap suits off a big brand site with easy returns/exchanges.
Suit is cheap, which I knew going in, it was a novelty/vacation suit, but not being able to get my size right really threw me off this company.
AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!
Cheap products. Bad quality. Shipped only the tops of three bikinis and did not accept any returns since the products were on sale. Canceled the rest of the order (the bottoms) since I was waiting already for three months and did not get my money back. They pretty much exclude everything from returns (items on sale which are always all items on their website; opened packages even when tags are still in place, and so on). Customer service is very slow. They point out they only accept returns within 14 days which is not possible if they need more than one week to answer your request. Address for returns is not shown anywhere on website or within package.

On top of all these issues, they declared the value of the package as almost 300USD. I did not even pay half of that since everything was on sale. In order to receive my package I had to pay another 100€ to customs to later find out that half the items were missing. DO NOT ORDER IN THIS STORE! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH!

The worst customer service! It took months to get what I purchased, and when arrived, I was so disappointed, fabric is cheap, horrible fitting etc. Not worth a penny! Meanwhile I purchased from BAQ Body, highly recommend, quick shipping, everything beautiful, best quality! Plumeria should learn from them
