The apartment was up to date and well maintained. It was in a great location. The bed was comfy and the shower was wonderful. Our parking spot was within easy walking distance. We needed help understanding how to adjust the thermostat and we were quickly sent videos showing how the thermostat worked.

Lovely cottage - It was so well stocked that made all the difference - from coffee to washing soap.

Key collection and access was straight forward. Beautifully designed flat with all amenities you could ask for. I can only agree with past inhabitants. It is relatively loud as the flat is on Fulham Road. So you may have issues if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise all good with local bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

We have used Plum guide in several cities and been very pleased with the results. In most cases Plum Guide was easier to use and more attuned to our interests than VRBO.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bucket & Spades, the view was stunning, it really is ‘Right on the Beach’. Its really important to us that the holiday home is clean and warm and this was so cosy on arrival and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, it felt like a home away from home straight away. It is beautifully styled and the views from the living room and main bedroom were just amazing, I looked forward to waking and having my coffee looking out to sea every morning. We visited the old town of Hastings but mainly enjoyed walking along the peaceful beach with our dog. We took a dip in the sea, so great to walk out of the holiday home straight onto the beach and into the sea. We enjoyed Sunday lunch at The Lamb Inn which is a Vintage Inn but food was good and staff very friendly. We would definitely love to come and stay here again, maybe bring some friends or family as there was plenty of room. I would absolutely recommend this holiday home to anyone wanting style, comfort and the best view ever.

I had the best time in my stay, this apartment is a true gem in the heart of Notting Hill. Such a good taste in everything, very clean and super cozy. Will definitely be back. Host was really attentive to my needs.

We truly enjoyed this lovely home, it is well organised, cozy and was very clean at check in. It accommodated us well and we had no problems or issues during our stay. Furthermore, it is extremely well located, as there are a lot of nice bakeries, restaurants and cafes nearby. Also very convenient that in the same building there is a supermarket/convenience store.

The only downside is a lack of ventilation in the corridor by the elevator. The neighbours obviously smoke heavily and the smoke penetrates the corridor, but fortunately it is barely noticeable inside the apartment.

Overall, this is a highly recommended property, a quiet and cozy family friendly apartment which we enjoyed while exploring Paris.

Well organised booking process with accomodation living up to photos and description. Good standard of accomodation with decent fittings and furnishing. Needed a bit of a nudge to get final details a couple of days before travel but after that good communication from property manager and Plum Guide platform staff.

The home in Vauxhall was in a lovely, quiet, quirky neighbourhood - which was amazing because it was just minutes from the Vauxhall station. It felt very safe and it was easy to get around - whether you wanted to use the Victoria line, the Northern line, the ferry or even quick access to Gatwick.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. It slept 6 very comfortably, and had room for more. Loved the courtyard. Walking distance to so many nice bars, restaurants, streets, etc. Definitely go hang out on the little truck/sofa around the corner at POP and have wine at Vino Vero.

We found the honesty and positive outlook by Alexia refreshing and genuine. She’s a valuable asset for Plum Guide because of her diligence and caring to make our trip memorable!

Very easy to book this Beautiful first floor georgian one bedroomed flat with a balcony and cosy, cool bedroom at the back.On a quiet road close to the beach.

Prompt, helpful replies from the company staff. And the place we stayed at was really nice with great hosts

The customer service was fantastic. They helped me locate a great place to stay in London. I also liked the way they give the good and the not-so-good details of each property up front so you don’t have to find it buried in reviews.

The property was exceptional. Impeccable. Perfect location, very comfortable, had all the amenities. We wished we could have stayed longer.
