Do not respect their return policy

This review is not about the quality of their product, but about their cancellation policy.

The policy is reasonable with regard to sending an email within 24 hours to cancel a custom order. They just don't follow it.

I sent *two* cancellation request emails early afternoon within 4 hours of receiving an order confirmation, following their inestructions. No response/acknowledgment. Three days later, I am notified my order is on its way.
