I ordered a case from plus cases and want to say that the customer service is great and i cant be happier with my water proof battery case. Its wonderful for many reason like its dust proof which is huge i work around flour and it ruins your phone. And my favorite feature it recharges my phone 160% which i think it charges more then that but at least that. And i could go on

I ordered from them and bc of the virus they weren't able to ship my order immediately i didn't think of that but after a couple emails they were able to send one right out and that was great bc i just bought a brand new iphone xr. I have used the case for almost a week and love it well worth that money. The customer service is also excellent they responded quick to emails and have only solutions to keep u happy as a customer i will definitely be a return customer.

Definition of AMAZING service

I received my delivery today and the wife loved the case. I purchased a screen protector as well. There was a minor issue with the screen protector. I immediately wrote them to make them aware and just as quickly they solved my issue. AMAZING service and they really cared about the customer in my book. Not that I was complaining but they noted my issue and was able to correct it without me asking for a correction. That alone is the AMAZING part. Plus Cases will have my business and my family....we will exclusively get our phone cases and accessories from them. GREAT JOB!!!!

I purchased a case from them on 3/23 of 2020 and a month later the case has not arrived. I have now requested on 4 different occasions to cancel the order and refund the credit card with ZERO response. WARNING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!

Still Trying on 5/14 to have my Credit Card refunded. NO LUCK! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS

A++ in my book

I have ordered a case for my iPhone 8 as well as my new iPhone 11 Pro Max and have been impressed with both models. I have had zero issues with either case and my iPhone 8 case was still going strong over a year later with heavy use. I also had to email customer support to unexpectedly change the shipping address after my Pro Max order was placed and I received a quick reply confirming that the change was made without issue. My girlfriend also ordered a case for her new S20 and is happy as well. She originally ordered it for the wrong version of the S20 and had to reach out to Plus Case to arrange an exchange for the correct one after it was delivered. The exchange process was really easy and we had the correct case in under a week with continuous updates on the process. They get an A+ in my book.

No problems here

No problems here. My case shipped quick and I love it! It provides enough extra battery life on my phone to lasts me 3 days and I am a pretty heavy user. I am impressed with the quality as well as the shipping speed.

Wrong case. Horrible customer service. Took 4 months

First the customer service is awful! We called and emailed for months with no response as We ordered the case at Christmas. It came yesterday April 3rd. Then it's not even the right item. The packaging says it's for the 9plus but the cut out blocks the sensor, it does not match the version on the website at all. It's the wrong color and case. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! It's a very expensive case and for it take almost 4 months to come and then be the incorrect case.

Defective Product w/ No Help

My wife purchased me a plus case battery case for Christmas. It arrived in time and I enjoyed it for about a month before the insides began to rattle and move around. I sent them an email and described the problem. They responded immediately and told me to send it back in and they would replace it free of charge. I sent it back to them on Jan. 7th, but since then, I’ve sent them 4 emails with no responses and called two different phone numbers with no live person to talk to. I left two separate voice messages for them to return my call to discuss this matter. As of this date, I have not heard from them, so I have to assume I will never see my $89 poor investment in this terrible product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The website advertises next day shipping. My order wasn’t shipped after 3 weeks. Two e-mail responses after 7 contacts with them. The first response was that they were having supply problems because of Corona Virus, despite advertising they ship direct from the US unlike their competitors. The other offered a 25% discount but no shipping date. I canceled the order but they will no longer respond or refund the charge.

Customer service line states calls will be responded to within one business day. 5 calls have gone unreturned.

The Louisiana Better Business Bureau list more than 40 complaints against them and states they no longer respond to them.

I recommend anyone who has had unsatisfactory service, contact the Louisiana Attorney General Office requesting investigation of potentially fraudulent business practices.

Delayed shipment

I bought a case from these guys on January 5th. I paid $5.00 for it to be expidited. It shipped on the 6th of January. It left Baton Rouge Louisiana and shipped to Honolulu Hawaii. It left Hawaii 2 days ago and still hasn’t arrived. I asked them why it went to Hawaii when I live in Washington state. Their response was they can’t control where it goes after they drop it off. Not true next time send it through someone else. I would have been better off saving $5.00 and waited for slow boat as I believe time frame is same. I will never purchase from them again. I do not believe that I got expidited service. I have rewritten them and they have failed to respond. Very poor customer service.

Crooks! Stopped working - received return authorization and mailed. They sent no product or refund even with tracking data.

The case stopped working. Contacted them and received a return authorization number. Followed the instructions and mailed it back. Weeks went by and received nothing. Followed up and was told they did not have a record of receiving it. I send the tracking receipt and they stopped responding via email and do not return phone calls.
