I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Mike was extremely helpful assisting me with getting replacement mattresses I had previously purchased years ago prior to the fires, which now needed replacing. Really good customer service, and a great product.

Ferdz Garcia helped me with two issues; one was a small oversight in filling my bedding bundle order and the other was my own mistake. Both of the problems were fixed quickly, and I appreciated the very professional and efficient customer service that Ferdz provided.

Jen found the answer to my question and sent it in an email promptly. I’m very pleased.

PlushBeds sells excellent products and, from my recent experience, their customer service is also excellent. They are empathetic, professional, and very responsive to emails and phone calls. I had a great response with a representative from plush beds. Mike answered my email . He was very courteous and respectful. He had detailed explanations of everything to do with the mattress and answered all my questions.
Even after a glitch with the payment without hesitation, he called to resolve the issue. Again kind and courteous with every email and phone transaction.

I am so exited abut my new mattress and pillow. As the quality is exceptional so is the customer service. I had to contact customer service after my delivery and Mike was great in assisting me with my issue, not only was he very communicative he was able to get me what I needed so quickly. I would recommend this company and associates to anyone!!

The ordering process was very easy. I received chat help from Mike to help arrange delivery timing and logistics and Mike very helpful and everything was handled quickly and easily.

I was fortunate enough to reach Mike who was able to help me generate an order that I was unable to do on my own. His initial response to my inquiry was almost immediate and his follow up just as thorough. He sets a standard of customer service to which all others should aspire.

The Organic Botanical Bliss mattress we ordered was delivered today. I had some question so I contacted customer support at Plush Beds. Irma was very helpful & knowledgeable. She was excellent and gave me the answers and suggestions that I needed and I’m most appreciative for her time and patience.

The Plush Bed mattress is so much better than other organic products. It is incredibly comfortable oh and the sheets are super soft. Jen is in contact with you to ensure the delivery process goes well. She will help with the delivery and the used mattress recycle or donation. Your mattress will be custom made for your order so make sure you allow enough time.

I had some questions about shipping on my order and Jen was extremely helpful.

Irma was very helpful and informative. She listened to and addressed all of my concerns.

This store has an excellent web site. Very informative and easy to navigate. I had to change the delivery date and Jen was wonderful! She guided me throughout the process and quickly arranged the shipping change. Wonderful person. We also called with a question about warranty. They picked up almost instantly and answered all my questions. She was friendly and pleasant. We got a good price and are completely satisfied with the experience.

I sent an e-mail request to the support team last night, and within just a few short hours, Mike responded to my inquiry and fulfilled my request. The replacement mattress cover was already on its way to my home by the time I read my response.
