We bought a King Size and a Twin Size Mattress 2 years ago, and it is the most expensive mistake we have ever made in our Life! All of us have Back Pain from those Mattresses! I would not recommend purchasing those products. The Bedsheet they give you for free is pure plastic! We tried to sleep in our guest room on our $400 Mattress and had a better night's sleep than on our $4000 Mattress!

Such a great experience with Plush Beds. I have had a small issue with and Ferdz has been so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He is a true meaning of a top notch customer service rep. I would recommend Ferdz and Plush Beds. I am still within my 100 day trial;)

I purchased the Luxury Bliss Hybrid medium and from the first moment I lay down on it, I slept blissfully. The sleep was so great that I ordered another one. Sadly there was a problem with the second order that was no one's fault but my own. Happily, I am able to report that the PlushBeds customer service response was even more blissful than my sleep. The replies to my questions was quick and the team came up with a brilliant solution that solved all of my problems. Thanks PlushBeds! I used the live customer support on the website, and they were super helpful. They answered all my questions, especially since I wasn’t sure what firmness and thickness would work best for my partner and me. They recommended a 12-inch mattress because my partner weighs 250 pounds.

We bought a Plush split king hybrid mattress four years ago and we loved it. It was so comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud! We recently relocated to another state and left our mattress behind. When we were settled in our new place we ordered the exact same Plush split king hybrid mattress for our new house. The order process was quick and the mattress arrived on schedule. BUT, we were very dismayed to find out that the new mattress is not the same as the one we bought 4 years ago. It looks very similar but it is a much firmer mattress and not very comfortable. We ordered the 'medium' firmness exactly like our old mattress but it is definitely not the same and is not very comfortable.

I had so many questions; Alan was patient and answered each one. I appreciated not feeling pressured or dismissed, which really made me feel comfortable making the purchase.

This is the 3rd mattress I have purchased. Amazingly comfortable, great customer service and fast delivery.

I can't express my gratitude enough for all the outstanding, quality products you offer. For people looking to purchase organic, natural, quality products with all the certifications can be an extremely difficult task. I have been researching mattresses (on and off) for the past few years, as both my husband and myself have developed different needs as we have gotten older. Plush beds offers many quality options to accommodate many different needs. It is challenging to find the correct mattress when customers can not physically test a product.

I have had to contact Mike Ortillo many times, regarding the comfort selection of my purchase. I have many issues with neck, shoulders, back and hips. Each and every time I spoke with Mike, he was always patient, courteous and knowledgeable in his presentation and suggestions of how to rectify my issues.

Mike should be commended as an outstanding,
5-Star representative for your company to include a large raise. I have been working all of my life and have very rarely found an employee who has the expertise to be as competent, knowledgeable and patient as he is. Mike and Irene at Plushbeds - excellent customer service!
I would have given Plushbeds a five-star rating if I had initially talked to Mike or Irene. When I had to call back on different occasions, they were professional, personable, and helpful. I appreciated Mike's sense of humor. Irene helped clarify something that the original rep did not, and she followed through with my questions, which was appreciated. We will be receiving our mattress in about ten days. I hope I can write another review about the mattress.

I like the company and what they stand for. Looking to change my mattress for a long time and I think this is going to be perfect for my needs. I was looking for something without springs and when I found this company I was very excited. Mike was very helpful with some questions about the current base that I have and helped me with my order. Can't wait to have my new mattress. Thank you!

For the price I paid I did not expect this super thin flimsy mattress folded up like a newspaper. This thing looks like it will be worn out in no time. And it’s not very comfortable!
