I recently had my mattress delivered and have slept on it almost a week. I really love it so far! The customer service was also very good. I’m hoping to get many good years out of this mattress!

Melanie was able to dig up an old order and find the information I needed as well as going the extra mile to answer other questions. She promptly did this within 24 hours. Amazing customer service.

Mike helped me with getting a softer topper for the eco latex bed. I always buy a med firm bed, but it was too firm for me. I spent almost 60 days on my new mattress to make sure. I called and had let Mike know I wanted to do the exchange or something to get my bed softer! He gave me to options and I opted for the free 3 inch topper GOLS-certified latex with medium firmness(voiding my trial period). I have faith the medium firmness will be perfect. Mike replied super fast with every question I had. Great customer service.

I got a beautiful and very comfortable all natural mattress from Plushbeds. Ferdz was especially helpful in discussing the different options, and helped out even after I received the mattress by offering a free adjustment to make it just the right fit for me. They clearly take good care of their customers while making a great product that's also healthy, comfortable and environmentally friendly.

Got a latex topper, its as stated. What concerned me though is it had no odor whatsoever. Natural latex has a cake batter/vanilla type smell to it, its really pleasant and not at all strong. But this has 0 smell to it. I asked them why it didnt, they said their bake process removes the odor... Tell me how do you bake a cake so that it no longer smells like anything? Very vague answer. Then they assured me it was certified natural, so instead of taking that at face value i looked at their site and read the certs, none of them had anything to say about the toppers, only the pillows and mattresses. I pointed that out and they ghosted me. Chances are what you are buying hasnt been certified to be organic or natural and is some sort of heavily synthetic blend, or has a few small layers of natural latex in it to pass certs. If you find you are allergic to their products but not to other latex products then this is why. Also their claim to manufacture their own talalay latex is heavily suspect, there is only one source in the US that does this and its the importer Talalay Global.

Most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had with no weird smells (silly I even have to mention that, other companies don’t even tell you what their beds are made of!) Plush is top organic quality and comfort plus their customer service is top notch! Thank you Mark for assisting me so kindly with my questions and needs. And thank you plush for being a company of integrity 🙏 you have a customer for life!

Allan was AMAZING at helping me during the holidays to get replacement layers for my husband's PlushBed. I had been waiting for individual layers to go on sale and finally sent email asking for help. Melanie was so helpful! I messed up on what payment I wanted to use and they helped correct my invoice and helped me to upgrade an item I'd forgotten to ask about as well! Super helpful, thank you! Also, this is my second Plush bed I'm ordering, this time a twin for a kiddo as we love our King size Luxury Bliss from Plush Beds we've had for over a year. Also the organic mattress cover has been a life saver with three small kids! Get it. That's all! Thanks Melanie!

I purchased a 9” mid-firm king organic latex mattress with an orthopedic foundation in Nov. 2023. The process was pretty enjoyable because of the very responsive customer service. The schedule from order to delivery was clear and reasonable, even they have to amend a delivery error. The bed is as comfortable as I expected, from my 20 years experience of sleeping on a natural latex mattress. However, it measured 8” only.

Melanie with Customer service was very responsive to my remarks and questions. I wasn't completely happy with having to pay extra for the organic cotton sheets, but I much preferred them to the free microfiber sheet set they were going to send.

Mike has been incredibly helpful getting a replacement pillow to me!

Would I rate this the best product ever? I don't know. It has only been 2 months.

The Customer Support both pre- and post-sale was excellent.

The free Bedding Package is garbage.

Update 2: The company has completely resolved the issue very fairly and in a timely manner. They shipped a replacement topper, the correct one as ordered, this was received in perfect condition. They offered a sincere apology for the mix up in the order and, after, the frustration caused when originally trying to bring the problem to their attention. I am satisfied, and would recommend shopping with them, as you can rest assured if there is an issue, they will correct it.

Update: Latex Mattress Company has contacted me, and is in the process of rectifying the issue. If this is resolved as they have promised, I will edit my review to completely positive as they would have proven they are an honest company dedicated to doing the right thing. Until actual resolution though, my rating and the narrative below stands.
Though help at ordering went well, the company was incapable of sending the correct order, sending a firm vice a medium firm. When brought to their attention (talking about YOU Mary) with photographs, so as to allow them to correct their mistake, they accepted no accountability, insisting the order was correct (even with proof it was not) and offering $50.00 to settle the issue. I am proceeding with my bank to reverse the charges. The mattresses are unopened, returned to their shipping containers and I await the company to figure out how they will proceed in the return, at their cost.

Mike has made my experience with Plush Beds extremely easy and smooth. Super responsive and helpful with any issues I may have to ensure I have gotten the best mattress I’ve had in years. Thank you for helping find a mattress that gives me comfort and helps with my back injury!
