Money greedy with complete…

Money greedy with complete disregard for people.
They made me lose a job of $12.000 because they would have the decency to call me back to work out the issue. They took $2600 from me and didn't allow me to use the place even though they took my money and refused a refund for the place that was booked for 1 hour. And they have to rent the same place one day after.
They made their own rules so they could scam people legally.
Stay away from them.

Not even worth a 1 star we showed up to…

Not even worth a 1 star we showed up to our Airbnb after a hour of not being able to get the keypad to work and allow us into our rental we came in to a weird smelling suite way smaller than the pictures made it seem. A millepede or centipede something came crawling out of underneath the door. Bed was hard as a rock “2nd bed” was a 2” thick mattress on the pull out not actually a bed at all. Called them and sent pics immediately explaining their solution of sending a exterminator over wouldn’t work because I have lung sensitivity’s to chemicals just asked for a different place to stay or a refund mind you we were there for less than a hour. They kept our entire booking fee for the whole week. Stay away from these people and look them up on bbb they’re HORRIBLE CROCKS

*** RENTERS BEWARE

*** RENTERS BEWARE; if a listing comes from PlussyHOST it should AVOIDED at all costs!

As a Mgt Company for rental properties, PLUSSYHOST and, its staff are terrible at what they do.

Our listing in Hampton Bays was in a house that was INHABITABLE;

there was construction garbage and overflowing canned garbage and broken jars in the driveway. THE A/C, freezer and keypad were not functional / broken., No coffee maker, no extra toilet paper, loose rocks / stones on the roof, a broken patio step and more.

The Plussy staff were TOTALLY unsympathetic and completely UNHELPFUL / LAME in their efforts to resolve these conspicuous issues.

Even threatened us with 'TRESPASSING' after they were informed by Air BNB that a refund was issued and, we were in the process of packing-up to re-locate.

And, only after MULTIPLE conversations with AirBNB was a Full REFUND delivered and an alternative House offered selected. Unfortunately, my dealing with Air BNB were far from convivial. Many hours were spent dealing with various staff people, who all needed the circumstances re-explained because, the previous Staff Ambassador FAILED to keep their word and get-back-to-me. It was EXHAUSTING!. They behave like AI robots and are Full-of-Sh..t in terms of maintaining their commitment to 100% satisfaction.

Again, the Mgt at Plussyhost, a company that deals exclusively with Vacation rentals DOES NOT do as they claim in their mission statement. They should be DROPPED from AIR BNB.

Lies are bad for business.

On Thursday June 29th at 9:15pm we arrived at the rental property in Salem, NJ. Upon arrival we noticed a lot of bugs and there were swatters provided. I started using the swatter to swat the bugs. There were dead bugs on floor so we started searching for a vacuum to vacuum the home. We failed to find a vacuum, so I decided to call the home owner (plushyhost). During my phone call he suggested to have pest control come by tomorrow and for the cleaners to drop off a vacuum. He also told me to take pics and while on the phone with him my husband used his “seek” app which tells you exactly the type of insect, to determine if these bugs on the bed were ticks. That is when the seek app, as shown in the picture submitted, shows that it was a bed bug. At this time is when we decided to not wait and leave immediately. The possibility for bed bug infestations and carrying any of the bugs home with us was too high of risk. The plushy host provider told us that they will most likely give us a full refund and to report it all to Airbnb so the matter can be expedited. Well airbnb never called us back, even today 6 days later, no return call. We packed up and drove overnight while exhausted because the risk of a bed bug infestation is just too high. Airbnb told us that we need to resolve the issue with the host (Plushy). PlushyHost keeps telling me that airbnb should have provided a refund. Upon further phone calls and messages, it was revealed that airbnb gave us a 10% refund of one night's stay which equals to $34 in the form of a coupon. Now it has been over a week, Plushy Host keeps lying, making promises of resolution and claims of refunds from airbnb. We paid over $2400 for spending less than 3 hours in a home, with bedbugs. The frustrating part of all this is being strung around and lied to. I feel like I am being made to chase my tail between airbnb and PlushyHost. Airbnb has confirmed to me on several calls that Plushy Host is lying and they are doing nothing in the background for a refund. They have the power to provide a refund without airbnb.
