the sticky part isn’t as durable as needed unfortunately, multiple breaks in the surface from simply taking it off (to say) my mirror. I really do like it but there’s just a few drawbacks from the case itself.

Was not all it was hyped up to be. It gave me anxiety sticking it to anything even after wetting it & drying it off within the first week. Would not advise anyone to buy this product. Not worth the time or money you may end up spending on a broken phone.

This company has restored my faith in human kind!!!! I can’t believe they are sending me a new case after mine got ruined only after having it for five days. Companies like these are rare and I’d talk to anyone about Pluto because customer service is at it’s finest!!!!

It is sticky when you hold it and it loses it sticky’s when you put it on flat surface. My phone fell off the wall

Got 2 cases
One for me and my fiancé. My fiancé put his on and put it on a mirror, using a good amount of force. Went to take a pic and it fell off, breaking the case the first day we got it 😔
All so the case gets covered and filthy very fast! Cleaning it a lot!!
Just more of a pain then it's worth.

it sticks for a couple of seconds and then my phone falls... and I only stuck it on glass so it wouldn't get ruined but it kinda did anyway and it sticks a tiny bit to the surface that you place the phone on so its something to get used to

I had mistakenly purchased the wrong iPhone case. I caught it immediately and contacted customer service. I was told the order was updated, however, I received the wrong phone case. It took several attempts to try to get a response from customer service again. When I finally did, I was told the correct case would be sent out. I received it fairly quickly but it was the wrong case again. I attempted to contact them again with no response. I did send both phone cases back to Pluto and received no confirmation from them nor my money back. I don't know if the case actually works but, if for some reason your order goes wrong, you are doomed.

The case is so bad it does not stick to all the surfaces and in less than one month it started to peeling off so disappointing with this product :(

I feel as though the advertisements for the Pluto case were completely fabricated and false. This case absolutely does not work on anything. I tried my glass doors, our mirrors, everywhere I saw them advertised to stick and nope, it just fell off the mirror and the back of my ohone also shattered in the process. Not sure if my case is just defective or iud they are all useless garbage and don’t work but o would definitely recommend doing your research and also paying with PayPal so you can file a claim if the item isn’t as described. Lesson learned.

Very good product but gets dirty very fast

Would really give zero stars. This was a waste of money. After the 1st time out of the box It stuck then I removed it and it never stuck again. Tried cleaning it and everything else and nothing worked. I reached out to customer service and they told me that it was out of the 14 day return window. They didn’t help me at all and I bought 2. I recommend 1. YOU DONT BUY 2. If you do buy, try it right away and contact customer service right away telling them it doesn’t work (because it won’t work), so you can get your money back.

I love my Pluto case I saw it on Tik Tok n then saw it on Snapchat so I decided to order it and I love it it works very well on flat surfaces!!!! Looooove it!!!!!!!!

The case doesn’t stick good to most things. It really only sticks good to glass. I have put it on my walls (which are smooth like it recommends) and if falls.
